Judging by the nose and green eyes, my guess is that it's a villager.

Honestly, the art itself isn't bad at all. I personally wouldn't consider it SJW art, as it lacks an agenda. The scars and arm are a bit unusual but I don't think it's improbable for a minecraft character to have been marred by some monster out in the forest.

Now, if the scars were from top surgery and he had a collection of pride pins tacked to his pants, and he was ambiguously brown with vitiligo patches, I'd consider it SJW art.
