If they're capable of taking criticism without getting angery or projecting, they're already better than Jerry and Mikail. Keep practicing curnott. Digital art only gets easier than traditional once you learn how to make the most of your program. Once you do, things that used to take ages will take only minutes.

Hey if youre reading this Curnot, look at comic tutorials online. plenty of free ones on youtube if you look enough. And some anotamy practices also. just draw people/images you find offline (dont post without credit and clearly stating its for practice) it will help. draw people nude, in little clothing or in bog clothing to get a feel of anotamy. even watch videos on how to do reference/base guidlines and sceletons (not the bone kind but the reference art kind).just keep sketching and practacing also. Youre linework is fine for now, if you get the anatomy right the shading and colouring and linework will come second.
Practice how clothing flows on the body also. Your style is very anime like so reference how clothing looks on good anime like DBZ or something. Their trousers look good on that show tbh. etc etc.

Also there is variety in how sexualised pokemons are draw. Some draw pokemons close to the original design or very animal like, others draw them closer to a human especially if those pokemon are humanoid. There are plenty of art about Gardevoir as straight up human hottie with white skin and green hair.
