i mean frosslass was orignally found in Sinnoh, a place based in japan (and its cannon that all gens up to 4 was based in a place neer identical to japan.) and weve seen different races/skin tones in pokemon. hell most of the characters in Alola were black/tanned skin. Implying that Sinnoh would be made up of mainly asian (or what we known as asian people)

could this imply two things. asians arent a race to lily, or she thingsits ok because it happens to asians? Sure theres probably been a few other skin coloures hikers frosslass could have frozen up, and no, i'm not going off their sprites ingame as one trainer class has the exact sprite for all the class, because limitations or something. each trainer is still unique.

Froslass are found in more regions than Sinnoh. Especially the alola region, where there are most certainly Black people.
