Looks like he used lip liner to draw outside the natural lip line to give the appearance of bigger lips. It is trick that is recommended by make up artists. It rarely looks good when you do it well. When you don't, it can end up looking like this guy.

It kind of works. At least it takes a minute to notice the Shrek face because your eyes immediately go to the garish blue lips. Honestly, it was probably a smart move since there was no hope of actually looking like a woman. If I had to describe the troon that punched a woman in the bathroom for simply telling him he was in the wrong place, I'd only be able to say -- big, ugly, really blue lips.

Yeah, passes quite well in photoshopped images. Still wouldn't totally pass IRL, I bet. Though I'm sure there'd be guys who would still hit it. He's like the Blair White type of troon. At least he puts effort into and doesn't look like he's wearing the clothes he inherited from grandma's estate.

I've seen him irl and he's decent looking, but in a "hey, you look great for a tranny!" way. Also last I heard he was kind of losing his shit and has become super paranoid that Rupaul is hiding subliminal messages on drag race as personal digs towards him even though I'm pretty sure Rupaul completely forgot he was ever even on the show.
