If your mtf chances are your body is already preset hold weight in a masculine way ie the gut. If your lucky estrogen may play a role in letting you store fat on your hips and butt and grow breasts. BUT. THATS. IF. YOUR. LUCKY. If you won the shit part of the genetic lottery and your male body only changes slightly corrective plastic surgeery will fix it for you. A decent surgeon can cost almost 20k alone in cash and thats including all possible procedures and a very ugly rancid wound that was once your dick turned in a pussy. Expect to shell out even freaken more if you want a cunt that is just a step above a carved out hole. All in all its a time consuming and costly endeavor. Know chris chan and his means he'll never be able to transition in a way that makes him passable given it takes money to do so.

Yup you have to be before or at the cusp of puberty or be extremely freaking lucky in the genetic lottery for an almost passable transformation through hormones alone. Even theb that takes years of consistent treatment. They still try first that because hey its setting the base work and you may experience something between barely there results to omg i naturally grew a female bod. The hormones are basically base work to atleast fine tune you chad bod to chelsea before you go under the knife. Like make you have have less hair no beard ability to think like a female. Basically hormones try to articulate your bod to the female form then the surgeon corrects what mother nature neglected to do. Either way its expensive time consuming and grueling outright barbaric and painful. Chris will never have the funds to do it. Heck not many do either.

Idk about Chris. I am still not convinced that he is genuinely transgender. I feel like somebody put the idea in his head and since it's a trendy thing lately (and hyped as a positive thing by the press, etc.) he just went along with it. However, a lack of real, deep-seated commitment then materializes in his non-passing appearance.
