Every single shitbag that I've ever come across that gets pissed and then threatens people or things around the person they are pissed at has been narcissistic or psychotic.
Someone wants to beat your ass? They are pissed at you and they want to confront the problem head on.
Someone wants to hurt you thru your loved ones/possessions? Pissed at you but are mentally broken and believe that they cannot hurt you otherwise. Someone like this doesn't have the confidence or courage to confront someone that might push back. They are complete cowards. When confronted with nothing between you and them, they will fold. Every. Well considering how many times her story of Vic abuse has been facefucked in the last week and some change, I'd avoid social media too.

Guarantee she's holed up in a Discord server or group chat/text whining about it.

I would suspect that whichever of her lawyers she's actually listening to at the moment explained to her that the judge expected them to make a good faith effort at mediation, and if she spent a bunch of time publicly whining about the mediation and bashing Vic, that it would be difficult to convince the judge that they engaged in good faith mediation. That on top of them explaining to her that the judge ordering mediation and talking about Jamie being back in within a few months was a warning sign that the rest of the TCPA might not go their way. Plus keep in mind that the TCPA is their silver bullet for making this go away for "free". Judging by Chuck Huber's affidavit, someone convinced Funimation of that, and I doubt MoRonica and Jamie weren't convinced of the same thing. So the prospect of it failing at this point might be enough to scare her into doing anything her lawyer tells her that would increase it's chances of success.

I mean it's not just the case she's being silent on. I don't expect her to be opening her mouth on it when she's currently in the hot seat. She's not engaging in any other discussions at all. She could talk to what few fans she has about her vocal roles or other anime related discussions and still maintain the illusion of a good faith mediation.

With her tweet count, I thought the prolonged silence noteworthy. I was musing on her potential rapidly deteriorating mental health from Chupp's headsman's axe looming over her neck. People were joking about Jamie crying in a corner dodging service in the fetal position but I'm starting to think that's where Monica is right now.
