What does the speech bubble say?

"Oh, I'm sorry I thought you were [Damien? Danzin?] You all look alike to me .... [Mitt? Pity?]"

It's magnificently baffling, tho. Is it supposed to be a reference to that 'Saigon execution' photo?

Danzou's a minor villain from Naruto that Sasuke kills for revenge against his family's massacre. Basically he's a super-patriot and amoral warhawk who leads his own paramilitary and works in the shadows to protect the village he grew up to serve.

Phil is dumb and autistic so he compared McCain to this guy probably because they're both old and he equates them both as conservative, which are the designated badguys in his head.

Do you want to know a not so fun but interesting fact about that picture? The bullet was still travelling through that NVA guy's head when that photograph was taken, the shutter was trigged at around the nano second the bullet left the barrel of the revolver as the photographer who took it was startled by the sudden gunshot.

It was taken completely by accident and yet has became one of the most iconic images of War.

Slightly off topic but the NVA guy was a notorious hitman who liked to murder the wives and children of the South Vietnamese soldiers.

The photo warms my heart every time I see that evil commie degenerate getting what he deserved.
