I wanted to modify their anime avatar to be more accurate and it still kind of looks like an aged elderly woman.

This is as literal as possible, by the way. I just morphed the drawing to their exact head details and matched their skin and hair color.

My best guess is:

-She was never that good looking to start with, and lived somewhere with lots of sun exposure.
-She had cystic acne as a teen.
-Then she spent her late teens/early 20s smoking, boozing, getting STDs, and maybe doing a few drugs here and there. She mentions that older child, probably had that one in her late teens from some rando.
-In her mid-20s she got into harder stuff, either heroin or meth will make some people wig out and pick their face so much it leaves pock marks.
-She got pregnant with some fetishist's baby and is temporarily trying to play house with him.
-He swapped genders so now she has to be the man.
-This will all end in tears.

I'd totally call CPS if I knew them but I am mean like that.

If you have to bend yourself that much to get “curves”, you probably aren’t curvy. If troons want to create fake curves, they should look at what drag queens do. Drag queens will usually wear good quality padding and will have clothes that have lots of volume from the waist down and tight at the waistline to create a pear or hourglass figure. It would also be good if troons covered up their shoulders with sleeves or cardigans to not draw attention to them. Shoulders are a dead giveaway.

All of this is moot though once a troon speaks. You can get all the expensive clothes, makeup and surgeries in the world and most people would still know based on the voice alone.
