It's a shelter mongrel from a poor part of town.
Probably part pit, part beagle, part chihuahua, part lab, part staffy, part hound, part any other breed that trashy people keep outdoors and refuse to get fixed.
People look at any short coated dog with a square face and say it's a pitbull.
Either way, that dog is going to live in the backyard with a moldy plastic water bowl and a moldy igloo doghouse (or a plastic barrel) within the month. Fucking trash rats like Sammie (or OPL for that matter) should not own pets.

I agree the dog is probably a mutt more than anything else, and Sammie is the last person that needs a dog. Puppies especially tend to have lots of energy and need lots of attention, and without it will become destructive and neurotic. Sammie can't even pay attention to her own kids, I highly doubt she's going to take a break from her busy schedule of selfies and banging crackheads to properly give a puppy the love it needs.

Hopefully it's someone else's dog, and isn't just destined to be left to rot in a backyard or ditched at an animal shelter when its owner gets sick of it.

Yeah, I don't mean to be an alarmist and I'm generally not when it comes to dogs because they're all good boys and girls IF they have a decent owner. She has no business being around any dog let alone one that requires firm training and exercise. That's a recipe for a dog bite. It always pisses me off when fucks like this get animals of any kind. Bitch couldn't keep up with her own children, she certainly can't handle a dog.
