Oh hey, the Washington Post finally noticed that that email investigation is still ongoing, and is currently ramping up. They spend most of the article unsurprisingly spouting out Orange Man Bad and trying to pin this investigation on Trump even though it started under Obama, but there's still some pretty interesting bits and pieces in here, especially since the Washington Post of all people are being forced to admit it.

The article doesn't say anything about Huber or Durham or Horowitz, but I'm wondering if we're not starting to see the first of the media leaks trying to get out ahead of all of those investigations. It's also interesting that they say these investigations started ramping up in August, right around the same time that Hillary was pulling that stunt with the emails and the desk and the art exhibit, and when that "whistleblower" started to pass around his complaint.

Interesting time for all that to start happening.

My experience was a seasonal social studies calander during elementary and middle school throughout the 90's and early 00's, and I changed to a totally different state at high school which right out of the gate was all politics all the time. One teacher claimed the Declaration was sexist because of the statement "all men are created equal" literally the first week, and when I argued with her on the fact that "men" has always meant "humanity in general" (with werman being specifically male, and wifman being specifically female; but fuck me for reading facts on wikipedia right?) I was promptly removed from class and placed with another teacher who was a chill hippie that liked to debate but was full Howard Zinn in every respect. While later high school offered specific courses on the 60's or the civil war, again these were entirely the interests of specific teachers. Most history I learned on my own, after college.

Sure, "depends on the school", but the overall state of affairs is no attempt is made to teach history with any consistency. Imagine if what math you learned was dependent on the school or politics of the teacher? It's fucking inexusable.

Oh, you'd be shocked at how different math and reading can get on a state by state basis; the thing is since schools are in a nightmare vortex of being fucked with by local, state, and federal, you get different shit and standards for each district even. The curricula I listed are genuinely the main bullet points that have to be covered; it's up to the teacher and admin to try to go about it... all while listening to politicians who literally only look at schools as a red meat topic to try their own retarded ideas.

This is ignoring how the admin's behavior and actions can affect hiring practices, as well as how in some states teachers unions actively are cancer.

Like Yeb with No Child Left Behind (also conveniently forcing Pearson, which he is a board member of down the schools' throats and for testing), which made it so teachers have to care more about performance than they do actually fucking teaching.

Or Obeme's "Common Core", which forced even more reading and math bullshit and gutted the other subjects in K-6 and have still yet to figure out what testing system to use or how to fully implement Science or Social Studies into it. All while forcing teachers to arbitrarily teach "new ways" that while work tend to be less efficient than the earlier step ups to the old ways.

I really think you could write a dissertation about Mark Hamil and his relation to the Social Justice Left, which is a combination of Stockholm Syndome, Cognitive Dissonance and the type of bias that comes from living in a social bubble where political opinions are strongly enforced. I can sense that Mark feels strongly about social issues, and wants to please his fans (particularly the most vocal and emotional ones,) and he also knows that Luke's character has been utterly screwed by the direction the story took in The Last Jedi. But Mark just can't put it together - the same SJWs he supports want to destroy his character, his franchise, and punish him for being a White Male. I feel sympathy for the guy, but I also know he's an exceptional idiot with TDS who's acting against his own interests. Of all of the celebrities inflicted with TDS, this is the one I feel the most sadness about. When Episode 9 drops and it ruins Luke's character even further, and Mark stands there at the premiere looking depressed and hangdog about it, I'll probably still feel a sniffle or two, while at the same time knowing that it was his own damn fault for supporting the same Leftist politics that led to #WokeStarWars.
