It’s so predictable, if it went on any longer the strawman would keep pushing and Stephie would pretend to get mad and ask why they want to know what a child’s genitals are.

If governments are so insistent about letting people choose their own gender they should also add their chromosomes to legal ID documents and then use that for things like sports events, for example XY instead of male competitors or XX instead of women and then on case by case basis for others.

Technically Labelle shouldn’t be angry because if women can have penises they can have XY chromosomes too so it’s not being transphobic.

If they did that, you know these people would immediately start "identifying as XX" and complain about transphobia when they got left out of these sporting events.

I get what you are saying but gender is an identity (According to them) but chromosomes are just a biological fact like having a penis or not, they could still pretend you can be a XY female with a feminine penis but they’d still have to compete versus other individuals with XY chromosomes.

Dammit, if you think like that you can make a trillion combinations of anatomy fanatism - fetishes and people will still complain about ''not enough rights''. Who is making this shit anyway, and why do so many teens fall for it.

And it is not like we talk about hermaphrodism, those people have a genetical condition that is actually confirmed by science and medicine long time ago. Today we are talking about spoiled teens who get bored in their weekends so they make million theories about their gender, not to mention the many ridiculous "science studies" wich "show" that being bitchy about your gender is OK. Many of the "non binary" people are actually depressed individuals, or have some sort of shady backgrounds in terms of childhood etc, so it is mostly a frustration. The only thing they can get is their own kind of retardation still sustained by the media and some political causes.

I think part of it might be down to the intersectional thinking that pretty much comes down to ‘white men are bad and privileged so need to shut up’ but if you say you’re a girl then not only are you no longer privileged but you’re also a brave and super special minority who deserves special attention.

They’re not intended to be logical, but to sound as if they are. Labelle knows her audience - troons, allies and the as-the-parent-of-a-trans-child crowd. Critics get dogpiled or deleted. All she has to do is reinforce the comforting belief that transphobes are all wrong and stupid, and none of her readers will read any deeper than that.

Related to the above, she’s in a rut. Half the material is reposts, the other half might as well be. When your main aim in creating is to be praised, and when you get that regardless of how little effort you put in, you have no motivation to improve.

When it’s the same comics every time, it’s the same criticism. It’s no longer the case that there’s new batshittery every comic, just the same batshittery reheated.

If Labelle were any sort of writer, he would make characters who disagree and challenge his protagonist. But since every character has devolved into brain-dead cheerleaders for Stephie's madness, he has to insert random WHITE MALES that he intentionally draws even more poorly than he normally does. If Labelle actually believed any of his own hogwash, he wouldn't be afraid to have his characters argue. But like Billy says, "This isn't a debate!"

Does Billy honestly think that a toddler saying "Go away, Gender Police!" is remotely believable? Toddlers are like 3 at the absolute most and I guarantee you that no three year old even knows what the word gender means, let alone would they use it in a sentence.

3-year-olds that scream "Stranger danger" at the mailman if he says hi to them while dropping off the mail, causing some rather awkward situations for the poor man, absolutely exist, so I don't see why some troon-raised-kid wouldn't say this. It's not so much about what you know words mean as it is about what your parents have told you to scream in given situations.
