She's already got sagging skin, she's doing everything to hide all of her wrinkles and looks slimmer. Just look at how deformed her face looks, she looks like she's closing in on 60 but acting like she's turning 25 tomorrow. Makes me violently convulse in disgust just looking at her.

An appeal is pretty much an absolute on the defense's side, so it's a procedural matter that shouldn't have that much of an effect on the actual appeals process. The biggest factor of a total dismissal vs. partial dismissal would be the level of KV sperging that follows the ruling.

Total dismissal would be pretty fucking shit, since it will open the floodgates to all manner of defamation against Vic and his defenders and probably propel this into the mainstream, at least as mainstream as Comicsgate (god forbid it be Gamergate level big where the lying press brings it up years later like it was the goddamn Holocaust of poor wahmens and journos). What kept this shit relatively quiet for so long was the legal threat hanging over everyone's heads that kept the usual """""journalists""""" quiet. You saw when most of this got tossed by Chupp a number of hitpieces emerge in a number not seen since the first wave, including TV news.

Now take a guess how many will show up if this entire thing is tossed? Yeah, exactly. Nobody will care this shit's going to appeal, it will be open season on Vic and his alt-right Nazi incel fans. Every garbage journo around the internet will be lining up to lick Sharon Griftsby's rotted taint to get her feminist hot takes about anime's #MeToo moment and probably will get some wonderful quotes from J. Sean and maybe Low T. Dregs too. They'll probably try and get Nick banned from Youtube by running hitpieces on him as the "official lawyer of incels and alt-righters", and I can't wait to see all the articles screaming about how anime fans have a problem with sexism and cite Vic's case as proof. These are common opinions floating around the KickVic corner of Twitter, now just wait for them to get amplified and spread around the internet by the clickbait media. Expect the worse come Chupp's decision.

I won't worry too much about it being a total dismissal when Chupp announces mediation to both parties (although purpose is still unknown). That being said, anything can happen in this clown circus disguised as a case, so I will still keep my expectations low like I did during the TCPA hearing.
