Unlike the internet, the government needs solid evidence to act on a crime. There's probably something that could be done if you brought her literally confessing to it on twitter to their attention, but it might be beyond the statute of limitations, and without any physical evidence of it ever existing she need only say "I was lying to mess with them, of course I didn't do that" and that'd be that.

Now, it might be probable cause for them to investigate and if she's got other illegal crap on her stuff when they do it, that's a different story.

But I'm sure no one on KV would be stupid enough to publicly admit to crimes while actively committing more crimes.

Hensuki is a raunchy comedy. There's ecchi in it, but it's more of a comedy about ecchi than a normal ecchi. A boy who just wants a vanilla romance tries to date girls at his school to live out a highschool romance, only to find out every girl in his immediate vicinity is completely depraved, and runs away screaming.

I think they did a decent job localizing the humor in the dub, but it sure would be unfortunate if some of those delicate lilies voiced characters who perform various sexual assaults on a guy screaming his nonconsent for 'comedy'.
