For real though.

Marry tugs wife cause she may be stupid, but she seems to defend tug to the death and is loyal(unless i am wrong there), fuck marz, but she wears a paper bag, and kill manjaw because she is a liability to everyone in her life.

Neither side should have a terribly hard time of getting an appeal; it's really more a "pick your poison" kinda thing for Chupp. Beyond that...dear god I hope that isn't something he's seriously considering. There's being lazy and there's being unethical, and that would manage to be both.

Why wouldn't Michelle do the exact same thing that Monica, Jamie, the Yost twins, and the others already all do?

Monica, right know, is saying that she knew Vic was a rapist and a pedophile during a decade, yet never said anything to her dear friend Michelle.
Why do you think they would suddently be smarter about that very one detail?

Monica claim that Vic assaulted her, that she then went back to his room, had a phonecall with Michelle, and then spend a decade being friendly with Vic, and you think they thought about how pretending to be crying over the phone wouldn't add up?

PS: There are quite a lot of options between "acting like nothing happened" and "saying to Michelle that she was almost raped" like... "I was crying over the phone, but didn't tell her why" and then, Michelle would have put a nice statement in her affidavit about how Monica seemed very shocked on the phone.


That bit was stupid. You're saying that she didn't lie about Michelle because it could backfire like it did with Stan... which is a lie from the very same story.

Remember that while Faisal blocked @EriMin in the hope of her not contradicting him, apparently Monica contacted Stan when she revealed his name in the interrogatory. So she wanted to pull him onto her side with whatever contact she made...it just didn't work. Likely because he was already irritated, and her attempt actually would have made him and his con look bad.

If Shane or Douche gets even an iota correct, it's because Ron told them, and Ty's response would be the appropriate move. Also, apparently you won't get in trouble per se if you reveal mediation stuff, because it's not privileged in that sense, but it won't be a good look if you do it and the judge finds out.

I've just been checking in every day to see if anything dumb happened but otherwise playing video games till something major starts. I did find one individual that I wanted to share with the farms but may pose a high flight risk the second I show anything openly so I'm sitting on this bird till it squawks more.

All there is to do is wait and watch the internet.

From the sound of Nick in the video, it seems like he's going to be covering the Vic content less as it seems to have simmered down. I'm actually kind of glad because even watching bits of him talk about Hawaiicon has honestly been one of the best things from him in a long, long while. Who knows as Friday/Monday will be a day of screeching harpies regardless. Chupp throws everything out, they'll screech about appeals and then brag how they won despite appeals. If some stuff goes through though, we'll see people fight and argue stupidly over it.

I would expect KV to be more insufferable if Chupp sides with them than ISWV if he sides with Vic. Either way, as the court case winds down, expect social media antics heat up, imho.
