Someone asks if Phil would move to Texas, as many Youtubers are apparently moving to Texas to avoid paying state-level business income tax. Almost certainly a troll question... since we know that Phil's genius move to Washington didn't avoid that tax after all.

I noticed something about Phil's answer: he said that Texas was his second choice. His second choice? Let's remember that Leanna really wanted Florida. Even 2 years after she left him, this asshole is still finding ways to shit on her. Florida wasn't even Phil's second choice.

Seven states—Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming—levy no personal income tax. Three States have no Business tax: Montana, South Dakota and Nevada.

DSP probably spends $120/year if he runs his two computers, three displays, and PS4 24/7/365.

Not a ton of money, but definitely worth turning them off when not in use >50% of the time. Just another "it's only a couple dollars" that he could be using to pay his taxes with minimal effort and minimal sacrifice.

That's a very safe bet, as the man himself has stated many times that he updates nothing on his systems. He's running Windows 7/8 (I forget which, though it'd be especially funny if he stuck with the Frankenstein's monster that was Win 8 ), which as others have recently pointed out is reaching end of life and will stop receiving updates.

This would affect some people, and may be an impetus to upgrade, but not Our Boi. He's just gonna keep on keepin' on until one day his fans finally fail and the ten year legacy of dust inside his cases catches fire and, inshallah, burns his fucking house down.

EDIT: yeah, I'm being optimistic as fuck. He's in a middle unit and knowing his luck his would be the only condo that survived such a disaster. He'd still have the gall to use it to beg afterward, though.

The thing is the last security update for an OS isn't a problem so long as you're smart enough to know what not to open and where not to go, traditional rules of internet safety still apply: They can't fuck up your computer unless you give them the door. That said Phil is the last person I'd think of when I think of a "Power User" capable of making risky choices like that, he's also the sort of person who has a lot of alogs constantly wanting to get at him. Not a good mix.

If you're reading this Phillip I'd suggest you upgrade asap. Honestly should have done it when 10 was free.
