Let's say he stays up until 3 AM every night, that's still a solid 6 hours sleep. I guess his slothful lifestyle makes him tired earlier than people who have actual jobs, lazing around the house all day doesn't really allow you to properly wake up.

I think it's disgusting that this social parasite who provides nothing to the world, wakes up at 9 AM every single day and is yawning while on the job before it's even anywhere near anybody's normal time for bed.

His chill streams are where he also decides to open up and yell and rant and piss and moan. So hardly chill anyways. I do like the reality break from "it isn't about the game" but he still insists on purchasing 5 new $60 games a month.

He should stop playing games and just do an extended prestream in just chatting for 2 hours. And give up on new titles and keep doing redoes and redemptions (like his upcoming ff6 redemption) since he insists on skipping good new games (fire emblem, octopath, astral chain, code vein) to rush thru a new game in 2 to 3 streams.

"M.ilk rate" is basically the total dollar amount for the day divided by the average number of viewers for the day as suggested by @JMR. Not the best measure as I do it, probably, but simple and gives a general idea of how much Phil makes per viewer per day. As the image shows, it's basically around $1/viewer/day.

Where did the term 'soulmaid' come from?

I know DSP Archives uses it a lot when he talks about Kat (the wife), but I was curious if DSP actually used that term which makes it even more hilarious

Thus Kat became the soulmaid.

Don't forget about the part where Phil will try to take full credit for making the switch all on his own with no outside pressure if it's actually successful. He's matured as a person and as a professional, dood.
For a guy who claims to have been there as a gaming content creator "from the start", even if you take that bullshit claim at face value, he sure is always years behind the times. Phil was still pointing a camera at his television years after everyone had made the switch to direct capture, actually arguing that his way was a more "authentic" experience for the viewer and he didn't want to "huddle around the computer wearing headphones, no dood I need the surround sound from the tv." This lasted for so long it became a running joke and drove off a lot of fans. Only when his camera died did he start using direct capture, and wouldn't you know it but wow dood it's way better than using a camera pointed at the tv. No shit, Phil. Phil never admitted he was wrong and being stubborn, he did it because he listens to his fans and is such a good content creator.
The switch to streaming followed the same pattern. Ignore the current trend, lash out at everyone for suggesting he get with the times, be forced to make the switch (in this case YouTube changing its search and ad algorithms), claim all the credit when it goes right and never admit any fault when it goes wrong. No doubt this pattern will continue as long as he's still doing this. He's as predictable as he is scummy.
