Wordpress doesn't have any rules about hate speech. They do forbid direct and realistic threats of violence, but I don't think Marijan violates that. You could try to get it taken down under that, but it would be a lot of work, without any guarantee that it would be worth it.

I'd say I'm checking back in to see if anything new has happened, but it would reflect poorly on my pattern awareness.
