None of those shirts look good and Rey's Top Knot makes me think of Amberlyn Reed.
Also the fucking retards don't realize that even back in the 70's/80's people only liked Boba fett because of his armor, he was visually interesting. Bosk and Dengar were in the movies a similar amount of time but their designs were ass compared to Boba Fett.

I agree, but I have to point out something. I don't think Rose has fans (besides maybe a handful of people).
I mean those SJWs are fans of what Rose is supposed to be that is "muh minority representation", and they are fans of receiving ass pats on twitter. But I don't think they actually care about Rose as a person at all.

Yeah, but does that really make a difference? They'll bitch, cry racism, call Disney bigots, then get what they want and their controversy will end instead of keeping the fire alive and they'll go back to shilling. Only way this can turn out well is if Disney doesn't give them what they want, then they'll keep on bitching and Disney will lose its virtue-signaling "nu-fans", effectively screwing themselves on all fronts. But the chances of the Twitter mob not getting what they want is slim since all they need to do is pull out the racism/victimhood card and they win.
Their bitching is fine. Its more than fine. The problem is that when they bitch, they get what they want in a flash. But if by some miracle Lucasfilm doesn't pander to them, than Disney will definitely find itself screwed and on the "shitlord companies list" with very few woketards like Kotaku and the Mary Sue being willing to shill for them, unless Disney pays to keep them shilling, then its a loss.

In this case, I am not so sure. Disney won't recall all their Shirts and reprint them with Rose on them obviously. They will -at best- offer a few Rose-centred pieces, maybe an alternate design with one of these Logos and Rose still in it, but the thing is: Disney would have to order that stuff in huge bulk, but they are aware that Rose is one of the worst shelf-warmers out there, so they can't make a lot of merchandise for Rose... Rose Fans and these virtue signalling people aren't enough to warrant Disney giving in at large.
I think, some minor things aside, these people won't get what they want. Maybe one shirt or two, if even that.

Fair point. I know I sound a little pessimistic but its what I've come to expect. Then again there's no doubt you're right after the disaster that was the Rose toy and merch line. Disney wouldn't want to repeat that blunder.
So hopefully we can expect equal levels of hate from both disillusioned fans and new "fans". I mean even those who aren't fans of Rose are huge Disney shills, like Sleemo who only give a shit to virtue signal, so if this Rose shit is enough to break them, we can safely that shit is gonna get really spicy from here on out.

The light novel/anime Saga of Tanya the Evil/Youjo Senki has something like that, since all the mages are armed with normal-looking WWI-esque bolt action rifles just like the normal soldiers but the mages can fly around and load spells into their guns to shoot super powerful shots at other mages.

Looks like a potential controversy is a brewin'. At New York Comic Con, guests were treated to the reveal of a bunch of new Disney Wars merchandise which had been previewed sometime earlier, however there is a glaring difference between the current merch and the prototype designs. Rose Tico has been edited out of all merch she was in, including the official poster for IX that replaced Rose with ugly slug man. This has caused the exceptional Twitter mob to form an uproar.

I was just now able to read the leaks of Star Wars 9 because I was busy with other shit. I have to admit: is not only is the perfect end of the trilogy but is the culmination of the LORE of Star Wars on the last 20 years. No really, i'm serious. The Phantom Menace destroyed the magic of the original by making it a boring burocatic mess (the fight against Darth Maul was gud tho). Attack of the Clones was convoluted agalmation of bad acting and forced romance. Revenge of the Sith... was fine but with a lot of shitty writting. The Force Awakens invalidated the end of the Original trilogy just for a mediocre two hours of fanservice. And The Last Jedi, nuff said. The movie number six (the canon line, not spin-offs) is the probably the perfect culmination of all the continous buttfucking that the franchise had suffered on the XXI Century. The final nail on the coffin of the repeated beating that the franchise had suffered for twenty fucking years.
Is bad. Really. Fucking. Bad. Only J.J.Abrams is capable of creating the amalagation of everything wrong with the franchise in just one movie. The events are told in an convoluted and nonsensical way. The way they ruined Palpatine's character in an almost surgical way, the way they wasted Kylo's character, the way the amplified Rey's perfection at levels that shouldn't even be possible in fiction. Is a fucking fever dream of fanservice, pandering and bad writting, all in one script. I thought that the last movie was just going to be mediocre and audience-pleasing. But this has the potential of being a disaster even bigger than The Last Jedi. I cannot believe this leak is true. Is inconceivable to me that somebody could create this and think "Yep, perfect to end the franchise". Hell, even J.JAbrams couldn't write something THAT shitty: his writting was always more mediocre than awful. But a part of me knows that its probably true and these hacks wrote this and they're gonna put in it on the cinemas.

Well, the sad thing is, it usually does work. But I think in this one case, I have a bit of optimism that Disney will accidentally piss off some SJWs... they already did that with not hiring a quadriplegic jiddish-speaking muslim transgender in a wheelchair to direct the next trilogy.
Since they have to cram a 2 movies worth of plot into one single movie (essentially covering for TLJ not having any plot to speak of), that means their movie might be on a bit of a time-constraint... Wouldn't it just be amazing if they decided to drop Rose entirely from the movie to save a bit of time? This merchandise could be an indication for that, come to think of it.
I mean, highly unlikely they'd cut her completely from the movie, but a man can dream...
What fascinates me is: I would have expected a "save but crowd pleasing" movie, too, but then I thought about it and realized, that's not really an option, now, is it?
Ruin Johnson left them with nothing to work with, they had to do something and this is the result. They needed a new villain, someone to mirror the Emperor from the OT, so Abrams could steal some scenes shot for shot... so why not steal the Emperor as a whole?
It's so bizarre, but with TLJ ending every plot thread and shitton on every character, they needed to do something bold - unfortunately, the writers at Disney can't deliver on that level.
It was always impossible for IX to somehow be so good, it would redeem TLJ. It would have been incredibly hard to make a movie that saves the trilogy (with TLJ being sort of a slump in between two movies). Now we can expect a broken, convoluted, nonsensical mess. And it will be glorious.

Apparently a new SW guide book was released yesterday called "Ultimate SW, New Edition" containing info on everything about the sequels and some other shit from the Disney EU, courtesy of Pablo Hidalgo...
In it we find out some key info.
1: Zorry Bliss was born on IX's snow planet which is where the characters meet her. She is the leader of a smuggler gang called the Whogibs Ashit, which fits with the leaks and info given during the interviews with her and Poe's actors who said Zorry and Poe were smugglers like Han.
2: D-O is from Kajimi/snow planet and is just a droid made from spare parts by Babu Frik, confirming another previous leak. Like other info said, he is BB-8's sidekick and becomes obsessed with him.
3: Jannah/Finn's sister was born on a planet called "Kef Bir". Which means its Finn's homeworld too. Her bio also confirms a previous leak in that she currently lives on an ocean moon where she leads a band of "brave warriors", possibly the Ewoks. So this means that Endor did get flooded, and if so does this mean Battlefront II is no longer canon since that whole dumb single player campaign was about the Rebels saving Endor? Also Jannah is described as a super strong athlete and master of the bow who is second to none... Oh boy.
4: Sith Troopers are confirmed to be humans who "draw power" from an "ancient legacy".
5: For some reason, the Knights of Ren are the only characters whose species are not given and its said that its a mystery to all. The only thing of note is that the bio says that they're loyal to Ren, but we know Ren is going to kill them in the movie based on this gif where he kills the axe knight, which makes me think that a previous rumor about them betraying him for Palpatine are true.
There's still a lot that hasn't been posted online yet, but judging from Wookieepedia, the rest is all useless Hidalgo wankery or stuff we already know.
According to this page on the Falcon, the ship technically does belong to Rey after TFA... And it also reminds you that Han lost the Falcon to a loser posing as a parking valet in the IDW comics. The ship is marked as currently being on loan to Hondo the pirate.
Despite being bragged about everywhere else, the book doesn't mention Palpatine as being in IX.
As for the Golden Book info. Nobody has yet to upload anything in full, but the book makes some retcons. Like claiming that Rey was taught how to use a lightsaber by Luke, which is a retcon format followed by IDW.
In some stranger news, one of the writers of the unreleased Star Wars Detours parody cartoon says Disney+ could be a potential home for it...

First of all, the entire reason this diversity shit is being pushed is as part of a massive social engineering project. If it truly was capitalist they would have pandered to the fans - or at least an audience who would have been watching - and made a decent action flick that would have printed money if nothing else. Instead they went full issues and in so doing pissed even the Chinese moviegoers off. If you actually cared about making money, then the fact that they could fuck up the un-fuck-upppable to the tune of hundreds of millions is the kind of thing that would get people sent to the gallows at other companies. That they're all still employed means that there is zero fucks being given about the profitability (or lack thereof) of this venture.
The second problem is that they've already admitted to the agenda publicly. Kathleen Kennedy basically admits to it in several interviews (check earlier in the thread) but the entire purpose of the new trilogy was to dismantle Star Wars as a whole and make it into their thing by essentially slicing out all vestiges of the series it was. Kennedy went on to brag about how her staff is 50% women and how many men with actual qualifications she turned down in favor of her own coterie of hand-picked tagalongs. We know from Lucas, Hamill, and basically everyone involved with the original trilogy that any concerns about or recommendations regarding the direction of the new trilogy were brushed off.
Mind, this is all on top of the fact that Hollywood has been pretty openly in favor of communist ideology since the 60s, hired multiple hard-left dipshits that routinely go on about how awesome Socialism is, and push the intersectional feminist angles - which, it needs be stated, are all steeped in communist ideology. Considering how many of their writers openly support ANTIFA, would any of this surprise you?

What I think of is Brave New World, that was a capitalist society but it was still a world with no families, people were raised by the state from birth and entertainment was shallow, meaningless diversions.
Oh and Religion had been replaced by a new state sanctioned Religion.
It was a "perfect" society free from crime, poverty and war, but the cost was people's humanity.
