Sorry if I'm late and gay...again. I respect Stephanie Sheh for what’s she done in the anime world. I will always appreciate her roles in FLCL, Gurren Lagann, Naruto, Eureka Seven and Haruhi Suzumiya, and how she played a part in my childhood and early adulthood.
But otherwise, fuck her. She’s one of the phoniest, most disingenuous people I’ve ever seen on Twitter. Between her childish tantrums (especially when she threw a fit over Trump’s election win), her inability to accept criticisms, her badgering of people who don’t share her views and her constant lecturing about this lawsuit that she has little understanding about, I just cannot stand her anymore. Her claims that she plays the neutral side is bullshit because anyone with a brain knows that she’s showing a bias against Vic. And when she tried to defend Ron Toye by telling this pathetic story about how he donated a laptop to a homeless man (did he also give him an AC adapter too, Steph?), that sealed the deal for me.
One of the worst things I can say about some of the voice actors I genuinely like is that they’re friends with this idiot. That’s something I’m going to have to swallow, I guess. Don’t expect me to ask her for autographs, though.
