I just feel like adding, I noticed she has 4,000 tweets and joined this year around august. Jesus how do these people manage this, I only managed to get 1,000 tweets and I had my twitter account for six years.

For someone who has nothing to hide, it is funny for her to post a screenshot with scribbles all over it. I really hope she's just making some kind of ironic joke by doing that. Either way, from what can be made out... The messages seem relatively harmless, but it's only a list of people she's been talking to with their most recent message. Really doesn't show anything. I don't get what her point was in choosing a screenshot like that of all things.

Lazy cannot explain the absolute shitshow/insane rambling that ruling was. It explain one part of it, but there's more to Chupp's insanity than just laziness.
I get the feeling he's mighty salty about the appeals court continually telling him he's wrong. If I'm right, then in 3-5 months we'll get a great meltdown from him followed by him absolutely refusing to hear the case.

KV might have stopped celebrating because they thought ISWV would crumble after the full dismissal, and it didn't happen.
KV goal might have been to cut off Vic from his supporters, but seeing that ISWV stand their ground while doing victory laps and trying to dunk on them, KV might start realizing that they didn't win an inch of ground with this ruling.
They were expecting that they would have fun making ISWV cry, they weren't prepared to see ISWV keeping fighting back.

Short version: KV thought this was a win because ISWV would loose hope, ISWV didn't, and KV can't fight an enemy that kick back.

HH also said that KV really doesn’t care about victims with the way they’ve acted and “actions speak louder than words”. Doesn’t help that their victory laps and the Tokyo Roses here are obvious, annoying more than demoralizing, and uses the same material every single time.

Well there are many possibilities but the most likely one is the case getting kicked back to him, telling him he's wrong again and all the ways he is, him having a meltdown at home, followed by giving ty as much trouble as possible while trying not to get appealed or worse get tattled on.
If rumors i've heard are true... let's just say Chupp may not be as republican as he claims and he's now afraid he's been pulled out of the closet.

I misread your post actually... if he refuses to hear I believe Beard could attempt to get him recused or even get him disciplined by a higher court. Judges have lots of power in their court, but the one thing they can't do is walk in, say fuck all of you i'm out, then leave. At least, they can't if they expect to work the next day. Higher courts will get rid of judges like that quickly.

That's idiotic. Are you talking about the appeal going throught Chupp (which won't happen), or the trial going back to Chupp?
Because in the later case, that's a totally different setting, it's a trial in front of a jury, Chupp won't be deciding on the outcome.

It’s Vic’s decision, but I can’t see why he wouldn’t pursue appealing. He’s really got nothing to lose at this point, especially since his GFM page is back to normal receiving again and now there’s more skeletons coming out of the KV closet. The only difference between September 6th and October 4th is the time wasted. It’s up to him, but Vic really should appeal.
