Sorry if I'm late for the RWBY posting. Just wanted to point out that a show that lets its designer redesign a character like this deserves to fail (and probably will).

Jaune just looks like someone who played DMC5 and saw Nero’s haircut, thinking to himself “Hell yeah! Time for me to look just as badass!” but he’s looking similar to a total fucking goober, that ingested far too much soy so he thinks this should scare Cardin from Volume 1 off lol.

Missed opportunity to give him a Warrior’s Wolf Tail haircut, a nice callback to Volume 4.

He and Blake without a doubt have the worst fucking hairstyles, while Yang looks like she’s cosplaying as Cindy Aurum from FFXV but a more r-e-tarded with modesty crap and Nora appears to be a repurposed Kingdom Hearts OC the character designer had leftover, while Ren is the only decent one on JNR.

New Design makes him look kinda gay. (Wouldn't be surprised if they made him gay even if he did have a thing for magnets lady.) The first design looked slightly better, but that's not saying much. but it didn't make me think 'gay person' right away.

Gay or not, the former at least looks a little human. The latter looks no more human than Barbie from Toy Story 2.

If Chupp refuses to hear, what then? New judge? I wonder if Chupp is just trying to find new ways to kick the can down the road.

HH also said that KV really doesn’t care about victims with the way they’ve acted and “actions speak louder than words”. Doesn’t help that their victory laps and the Tokyo Roses here are obvious, annoying more than demoralizing, and uses the same material every single time.

I bring an update on the Spacebattled forum that I linked so long ago.

They went full KickVic hugbox, banning any dissenting opinion, the tread is full of Canadian Paralegals because of course they have to mark every item in the checklist, they only get information and sources from CPAP, they didn't even link the actual rulling of the judge and someone unironically compared Vic with Hitler and the 9/11 guys.

Also they are so behind on their info that they only recently got to the Original Kirk hates Vic.

These idiots are at least good for a laugh.

That's par for the course. SB only allows the common left standpoint on all political things, and intentionally makes itself a hugbox while claiming it's a 'debate' site. As such, they're also super behind on information, because they'll ban dissenting opinions that would bring new info.

Design 1 is meant to make him a pretty boy who's just a normal guy, basically. The second design makes it look like he's desperately clinging to his vanishing youth in a sudden panic as 30 looms ever closer. Or he likes Vanilla Ice.

Hero Hei made a video with a pretty interesting theory.
KV might have stopped celebrating because they thought ISWV would crumble after the full dismissal, and it didn't happen.
KV goal might have been to cut off Vic from his supporters, but seeing that ISWV stand their ground while doing victory laps and trying to dunk on them, KV might start realizing that they didn't win an inch of ground with this ruling.
They were expecting that they would have fun making ISWV cry, they weren't prepared to see ISWV keeping fighting back.

Short version: KV thought this was a win because ISWV would loose hope, ISWV didn't, and KV can't fight an enemy that kick back.

I've said this before in ONE of the threads, but: the eyes of the law aren't the only judging eyes. I seriously doubt they actually believe that if they win the lawsuit it will magically absolve everything and they can point to it to invalidate any and all future criticism. But they have to act like it. They can't not. These are the idiots that performed the epitome of "cut off your nose to spite your face" and broke contract openly and publicly with a convention they were scheduled to go to just because Vic would be there and settled for a small comic shop that told them to get the hell out when the card game players arrived. Even if they win, a lot of people will still know what's really up and their rep is already damaged.

I told a friend this recently, he hates the controversy but I was telling him it was a comparison to something else we were talking about: you see the anti-vic folks on Twitter flock to people like Rial, like Toye, etc etc, and then you see pictures of their actual in real life lines, and it's clearly not the same energy. Because most of these fools just sit on Twitter and protest in their bubbles. Majority wouldn't go out of their way to rally for them.

Just like even if Vic wins, though, there will be loud voices on the other side. But what I just stated is all that really matters: Vic's getting more successful, they're not. And the KickVic side seems salty and worn down as fuck over it.
