I only watched one video of this guy and I knew something wasn't right.
Then I learned he went full KV before turning his coat on MBA.
Like I said earlier, this guy is only craving for attention because any sane person would see through his game that once he get what he want from you, he will stab you in the back and let you die on the pavement.

I hate to be a moralist, especially on a website like Kiwi Farms, but something happened on Twitter that really enraged me. As much as I hate KickVic, I cannot deny that certain people from ISWV are morons, which is why I don’t follow some of them. What I’m about to tell you proves it with spades.

Everybody knows that Brina Palencia is adamantly against Vic, but something awful happened this weekend that even caused a few ISWV people to sympathize with her. Her two friends lost an unborn baby this weekend and she started a GFM page to help her friends, which I greatly respect. This fucking asshole had the nerve to go on her Twitter page and post this:

Regardless of your feelings towards Palencia, this is horrible and not something Vic would’ve wanted, just as how Vic wouldn’t want that fan calling out Chris Sabat. Her friends lost a baby girl, the woman is heartbroken and you go on her Twitter account to post shit like that? Absolutely wrong on all accounts.

As much as I hate what Palencia said about Vic, it is absolutely cruel to use one’s tragedy as an excuse to express your vitriol. And I say this as someone who supports Vic. To show how bad I felt for her, I donated a few bucks on her GFM as an act of kindness. She even liked me back, which was nice.

Vic wants all of us to be positive and never succumb to hate. It’s a shame that these dumbasses can’t take his advice and be different from KickVic. No matter your feelings on this matter, people like Brina are human like us, they suffer like us and they need support when the time comes. We gave Vic tons of support. Let’s give some to Brina as well.

They're used to running to mommy, or demanding to speak to the manager, or screeching at someone to get what they demand to have now, immediately, REEEEEEE. They're not used to nobody giving a flying fuck what they demand, or even what the manager they're screeching at decides. Honestly what Judge Chupp does or even the whole judiciary does doesn't even fucking matter in and of itself.

They have absolutely nothing to gain here and even an absolute victory like winning the whole case and Vic having to pay for it from the GFM leaves them in no better position than they were in, and actually much worse if their contracts don't get renewed.

Even their best case court scenario may end with them thrown out of anime just like they tried to do to Vic.

While that does seem like a silver lining, I still feel that karma ain’t happening because I’m not sure how many anime fans care about this, appeals may just happen in the background now because most don’t really follow legal proceedings, studio heads care more about image and PR than the Farms do, and KV knows it, and Sabat could even offer Monica and Jamie some cushy gigs at his studio if they’re ever out of VA work.

I'm so fucking tired of morons misinterpreting law language as literal definitions.

This is the danger of law twitter recklessly trying to dunk on people. They're teaching people improper terms and not correcting them. Leading groups of ignorant sheep to completely wrong assertions.

So this podcast series of I think lawyers did went over the lawsuit. Its not as bias as you think

I gave it a listen and yeah, I think this is the most neutral stance we're gonna find. Based on this first episode covering it and the tweets that came before it, the general consensus from those guys is "everyone involved in this lawsuit (plaintiff, defense, judge, Nick, and LawTwitter/Spednaught) are all incredibly stupid."

They don't think Nick is stupid especially when it comes to black letter analysis of the law, but that he doesn't have much practical experience (one of the guys mentioned not being able to find cases Nick has worked on, maybe looking at the same spots that Lemoine did, who knows). They also said that they don't know for sure whether or not the GFM/Trust shit was a grift, but that if it was, it was pretty ingenious.

I disagree with some of the stuff they said, but at least it seemed somewhat researched, as if they - you know - bothered to look up some of this shit. It's rather refreshing. They even addressed any Kiwis that were listening, making clear that they weren't affiliated with LawTwitter and joking about how T Greg should get swatted or whatever.

The only question that should be asked is: "would this person show you the same courtesy you are trying to show them?"
