Point to Slaytosch's affidavit, and Ron's texts. Point to the complete lack of evidence. Point to their own witnesses telling the court that MoRonica were full of shit. Vic has them dead to rights. If he loses on a technicality or because the judge Chupped up the trial, people with a brain still can see what they did.

This isn't over, smug victory lap by idiots nonwithstanding. Even if Vic doesn't appeal (and he'd be mad not to) it's just shifting back to the culture PR war phase. And if Vic does appeal, BOY HOWDY, I can't wait to see the reactions.

Unless i missed something while trying to catch up, the judge dismissed on a technicality. He also ruled that since Vic was a public figure, he could be defamed because it is a matter of public concern. No where does he say that Vic is a pedo or did anything they accuse him of.

For example, Jamie Marchi is a public figure. I can say that she eats babies and that would be fine because she is a public figure and that is a matter of public concern.

That is irrelevant, what Chupp did was dumb but it is within the boundaries of the kind of power he has as a Judge.
He can not say “say that’s a nice gfm you have it’d be a shame if I took it away from you”. That is not how awarding attorney fees work. That is not how a judge works. That is not how GFM works.
What you asked is literally not something a Judge could do. He can award attorney fees POTENTIALLY, he can still tell them no you cannot have them even at the event of Vic losing, but he cannot say “hey literally all that money, yeah that GFM belongs to the defendants now”
