These people would be praising us as good little autists if it were the other way `round. But in the moment, since they get so much assblasts here, they think we are on any one definitive side...
That's what happens when all you do is sit in your box and get congratulated by fart sniffing morons - everything else seems like it's openly against you.
I don't know how many times we have to call YF or TUG a moron before they realize we pick very selectively who we focus on.
Yknow what I really wish? That Vic appeal, and that the appelate court be so done with Chupp's fuckups that theu put everything back in, cancel any payments that needs to be done to defendants by Vic, BILL judge Chupp for all expenses brought forward by the apeal, and rule categorically that the GFM and orbiting journalists/grifters are irrelevant to the case and should be striken from all docs.

All right, another nobody. Those people were tweeting like she was someone that mattered in all this. I'd label those ISWV tweets as completely idiotic since she wasn't talking about anything remotely related to Vic. Plus, this stupid shit is what makes Monica scream about her friends being harassed. This Brina chick is not worth anyone's time.
I'm lead to believe she's talking about someone else. I thought Dominique's husband had a different name. Different last name too. Also if Dom was preggers we would have known about it and think about how awful her multiplying is. She's already a terrible parent and posts her life on social media. But who knows... it wouldn't be surprising if she procreated with some other dude.
The more I learn about the TCPA, the more I realize how stupid and overpowered it really is. So, as long as you're on Twitter with a decent amount of followers, you're a public figure and therefore libel proof. Also as long as you're voicing a matter of public concern, you're automatically protected. The truth of the statement doesn't matter.
Therefore I am protected under free speech to say Monica Rial has AIDS. This is a matter of public safety because she can start an epidemic by having unprotected sex with all her bulls.
It's incredibly stupid. I wonder if Ty will fight the constitutionality of the TCPA. Can he do that on appeal? There were also so many things Chupp didn't even answer to in his final ruling. I would think the defendants should have been on the hook for their discovery games. They didn't even comply with all the discovery... There is also a matter of their frivolous filing to notice Nick. And of course the continued supplemental documents from the defendants after their deadline. No arguments were brought up on all that. Which I find weird. Then again i don't know how all this law stuff works.

You wanna know why Vic treated Ty and Nick so well. Because they were making an effort on trying to get his life together, something your precious defendants preach on about but never had the balls to try to do. Vic didn't divide the community especially when he's the one who goes on and on about being kind to one another during. It was defendants constant meandering over the "truth", their downright fake personalities on trying to be civil, and their scary responses to people.

True, while I may stand with Vic, I am not in ISWV the group. and Yeah, I do talk shit about them when I feel they deserve it, if I am right, good, if I am wrong, I'll stand corrected. Either way it's clear that ISWV are depressed after the ruling and Nick getting suspended and hell, even Nick despite being the de facto leader is not someone that is dedicated to their cause, he got his own agenda but at least it's not a completely selfish one because he would be busted for that a long time ago. One reason why there ain't as many nutjobs in ISWV/WW compared to CG is because there are more people that follow because they believe in innocence of Vic and the cause, not the movement which EVS is constantly spergering about. No wonder Doug wanted to bail because he didn't want to be forced into the hive mind of the movement.
The one good thing about people losing their shit over even the smallest of L's and not being willing to go in for the long haul is that you'll get to see the few people around that are truly loyal in general.

This might've been brought up before, but them screaming Vic has power/control in the industry when he clearly doesn't makes me think of the Hollywood actors screaming about all men being sexual harassers and pedos when that's false. They're only saying that because that's what they're surrounded by all day, every day, and literally believe that's normal when that's just their diseased air-tight bubble they're talking about. A few actors (mostly child actors) like Corey Feldman were able to have the scales fall from their eyes to see what was going on and how high up the echelon it goes, but far as I'm aware, only Elijah Wood was able to escape unscathed without becoming a drug addict, alcoholic, nympho or other form of hedonism.
Given the tight leash FUNimation/Chris Sabat put on their voice-actors (although they still roamed free on Twitter to spew stupid shit), it's apparently been like that for years. Having never really stepped foot in another studio outside of Texas, they must think everywhere is like that (D.C. Douglas is unreliable since he's a druggie, or was but with permanent brain damage from it) and so they projected their delusions onto Vic who was never a part of that. Hell, maybe he was never aware of the casting couch, of Sabat's iron fist even when he was still in Texas all those years ago since he was typically more involved with ADV than FUNimation. This is something you never hear from LA voice-actors, for instance, on top of them never backstabbing each other. I don't think even the New York voice-actors had this problem, it was mainly financial and it's all but dead up there, now.
Projection is one hell of a drug, but it paints a crazy picture as to what they willingly put up with on a daily basis and don't think much of it, apparently.
