Croatian law would not deem this as illegal.

Note to Holden: all these listed above countries have tort law; and all require harm done via defamation.

Remember, by Croatian law, defamation requires an injury done by a breach of a duty while a duty was present.

1) When one country's citizens mess with another country's citizens (ie: you and us), international law is in place.
2) The International Law Textbook holds the law types of all countries. Literally, all countries. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.
Page 459-464 is about Croatia.
