The main difference I can spot is that the boy jokingly dressing up as a girl looks way happier than the kid who thinks he actually is a girl.

Even if Guillaume never improves anything else about his art style, he really needs to learn perspective and how to draw folds in clothing. It looks like Stephie's got a massive bonk on in every panel. Which I guess is true to life for autogynephiles but he's supposed to be prepubescent

So, is the fox a universal troon symbol or something? There's Rhys McKinnon with his "foxy" stuff. That troon (MtF) who is singing baritone and "pretending" to be a man to perform a male part who was wearing a fox necklace in the interview. And Stephie is wearing a fox t-shirt.

I wanted to jump in to say, ignoring what everyone said regarding a blatantly cosmetic surgery not being covered by healthcare, this is maddening to me in another way.
Ultimately, mastectomies and sexual reassignment in regards to transgenderism are inherently cosmetic (and that's being generous). It's absurd that it would be covered by universal health care. But the audacity that this isn't good enough and that the transgender population is victimized because of it is almost infuriating in how entitled it is. It's right in that second panel. "Oh, it covers these dangerous, expensive surgeries which are entirely elective, but that's it!" You should be glad the former is even covered to begin with, not stamping your feet and throwing a tantrum because you didn't get more.
