A case for work!
We live in an era with many challenges, but during our lives we must face one inevitable challenge.
How will we live and what kind of world will we create before we leave this world?
As technology has pushed forward, increasingly at a faster rate as our tools and knowledge of the world has grown; we face a very serious dilemma. We live in a day in time where almost every person of a certain age may not ever theoretically die. New developments in age resistance, disease control, organ/tissue replacement, cybernetics, and agriculture create a circumstance that may create a human race that is potentially immortal and even beyond mere biology. Death is not inevitable any more under such circumstances. It is optional.
Do we live in this world as our ancestors did with the belief that we created the future through our offspring, or do we look at the future through a new understanding that we create the future through our choices and what we create? This resolve and desire to create is what can propel us forward and allow us to become something more than just biological. We can transcend our past and develop a new way of life. We focus on who we are, what we do, and what we create, rather than mere procreation. We become a people of ideas and endeavor rather than base urges that those who continue to look backwards obsess about. We are a the builders of a brave new world of opportunity rather than a huddled mass. We must be better than those who simply opt out of life and seek to spend their days mired in petty gender and historic revisionism.
To build this brave new world one must be willing to work just for the chance to make your mark on the world and change it with your vision.
It is your choices and your contributions to the world that allow you to change its course, not your genes or lesser instincts.
We work no longer for just a wage, but we work as a way to improve and develop ourselves and our world.
We live to pursue a life of excellence; the highest excellence, and thus we must strive and endeavor to achieve it.

They haven't seen it so there's no harm done.
Remember, you said that when you put that picture of that girl on a blog that there was no problem with it because she never saw it? Same thing. They've never seen their name up here, or their picture, so, not a problem.
They've also not had their reputation tarnished by having that information up there. AND if they did find out, all they would have to do it contact Null and provide proof that the information me have for you is actually their's and he'd take it down immediately.
Null is a very kind man. He protects the innocent. We've completely removed all names and traces of people who have been accidentally doxed by lolcows here.
And yet again I'll say this: there is no law in Croatia that state that a name, address, or a picture is "personal secret".
Croatian law that talks about personal secret:
"A personal secret is information about a person, which is stipulated to be a secret by law, some other regulation or the bylaw of a competent body passed in accordance with the law. This does not include public record or things like name, age, criminal records, pictures provided to the public, and other publicly accessible materials"

I've provided the copy of the penal code in question, have read it through, and yet, I have no found a single article that helps him out.
He claims it exists... but of course, he refuses to provide any evidence.. as usual.
With claims for defamation or a violation of a penal code, you have to prove a harm was done. I don't have to prove a harm wasn't done.
