Can it be filed before Chupp decides how much to award the defense re: legal fees + sanctions?

And I'm calling it now: Chupp will try and award them the entire Go Fund Me amount as sanctions. Because of course he will.

If Chupp does that it speaks to siding with KV since they hate that GFM in this explicitly negates it. SJW's in general hate the average person (or minor celebrity) being able to defend themselves from cancel culture. I would consider this reason to raise the suspicion level there is shenanigans.

Greg is a stupid fucking moron. The mere fact of representation is not itself privileged anyway. Nick wasn't representing anything, though, just asking a question that was relevant to the ongoing situation.
