Disagree. If this was a important matter to Chupp (for political reason or whatever), he would have read the documents.
Instead, he didn't read anything before the hearing, didn't read much during the hearing, and used excuses to rule things on the fly (like he didn't decide Vic to be a public figure based on any argument the defendants made, he just used the hearing attendance as an excuse not to listen any argument from any side). He didn't even let Lemoine go throught his presentation.
It's quite obvious Chupp didn't give a fuck, not about Vic, not about the defendants, he basically just put his finger in his mouth, raised it up in the wind, and issued his rulings based on the temperature of the room.

Ahh.. The mind boggling question for KV. Why on earth would Vic have a loyal fan base? Well, gee... that's an awfully tough question. But I might be able to think one a reason. Perhaps it is because Vic treats fans like human beings rather than dollar signs? Maybe it's because he's a humble guy? Or maybe it's because he's one of the few VAs that have a legit passion for what he does? Just a few things that come to mind... But I guess it will forever remain a mystery.

Those pictures with Shane and his wife are unsettling. They look like photos of a father and daughter, not a husband and wife. It's not just the age gap either. The poses and expressions make them truly weird to look at. Shane makes me feel uncomfortable. I think the man assaulted me from just looking at him.

Lastly, I don't understand who this JMK is. Just seems like a guy extremely desperate for attention. Why bring up old irrelevant messages? Nick isn't allowed to get a second opinion on things? In the end, Nick doesn't control Ty's decisions. Much to the dismay of KV. I think that much has been evident. Nick has discussed how he would handle some things differently. It's almost like Ty is his own person! I'm shook.

These are perfect examples of what I said earlier. If this was all happening on their side, they wouldn't think anything illegal was going on.

They would just say it's how things work IRL. But they are so ingrained in this war they wanted, they are so fucking poison brained that they see no irony in vomiting up the same talking points and laughing about how totally illegal everything is, despite there being no investigations on this side, and no law coming... It's all so beautiful.
