It's... actually kind of good Geoff called this twat out. The "I hate capitalism but most of my identity is based around being a consumer of capitalist products" attitude is so obnoxious and so omnipresent. It's like communist and socialist Marvel fantards. The MCU would not exist without capitalism. Period. Considering that objectivists like to defend Ayn Rand's use of the welfare state by arguing that if she lives under a system she didn't consent to she should exploit it even if she doesn't agree with it, I could see commies making the same argument about capitalism.

Marx wouldn't want countries like with giant welfare nets like sweeden to exist, he would've viewed them as capitalist trying to prevent his utopian society from coming to head. He dismissed the fact that people who specialize in a particular field of labor are better off, because he thought doing so cost them their humanity. Lastly, his grand society wouldn't have youtube, smartphones, or any technology; Marx's classless society reads like the Unabombers manifesto. Marxsm is such a trash ideology that it was abandoned by the USSR, and lennin had to replace it with what he called state capitalism.
