I'm honestly surprised that we haven't seen many right-leaning KickVic tards.
There's Doucette, but his takes on politics pretty much make him a RINO.

The ones who would be are folks who generally don't recognize the sexual harassment stuff, but would easily go after Vic because he cheated on Michelle or was horny as hell all the time. That whole "sexual act" thing. Harassment, for them, would not be much of a problem. They're more lenient on words.

Yeah, she's KickVic. We've been posting her tweets here and there.
Update joined the server and it seems the relationship between these two wasn't meant to last. apparently she was trying to fabricate a false narrative saying she was touched.
I heard all of it myself. Kirsten while trying hard as she could to be a reasonable voice for KickVic is still too biased.
And it's also too bad that Wildcat wasn't aware of those screenshots.
Ya im in his server it looks like she ran away as if she's guilty.

TL;DR Lovers spät she rage quit,

Alot of the kick vic people appear to fear the farm's and for good reason they're quite the exceptional group both sides for that matter. watching the season come to an end is fun the main and side character's have been interesting. If they are going to continue this weeb war/comics gate gamergate esque crusade Im optimistic they'll put on a helluva show even if it's inadvertently. these faggots won't admit they're drama cows.

TL;DR Lovers spät she rage quit,
How tragic. But as sad as it was for Wildcat, I'm not too surprised that this happened to him.
This serves as a good example why KickVic refuses to talk to the other side regardless if the individual in question is being civil or hostile.
Kirsten Munro wanted to be an Ambassador for KickVic, but in the end, she proves the "evil" Vic Stans right in every way possible.

P.S - It looks like Cat went to Twitter to release the DMs, you can tell he was pretty disappointed in her: https://web.archive.org/web/20191012045701/https:/twitter.com/wct_wildcat/status/1182874787548282881

Hey um Ms. Katherine I hate to break to you but....SO ARE THE DEFEANDANTS. Also I love this, "see this is only the im public Vic you stans haven't seen the real Vic in 9 months" because right? Vic isn't that stupid to show his "true" personality on Twitter what kinda idiots would do that.

I already said that defendants and any VA is KickVic are also actors but he's wrong about that

Seeing as it was missed.
So I just saw something that came to my attention, wouldn't counter suing been, IF they were truth, the Vic lawsuit, that they could actually provide the evidence to support their claims? Just something that sparked a thonk moment. Now we all know why they didn't, but it feels like this had been a topic that was COMPLETELY avoided till now.

For some reason, the republican/right leaning members of kickvic seem to exclusively be nevertrumpers. I don't know why there appears to be no trump supporting kickviccers, but maybe it's because if one tried to be, they'd be ejected. Or it's because they're more inclined to switch sides, like that discord leaker.

Vic is apparently a much better actor than Monica, at least, as he was able to actually summon tears. Unlike Monica.

MeToo is a derivative of Trump Derangement Syndrome. We elected a man who hates women so therefor misogyny lurks everywhere.

Problem is that, for people like the discord leaker, they realize that the MeToo movement hides people far worse than anything Trump has done. (One of those discord screenshots saying "Freedom of speech has a place. Not here though.")

I missed a few interesting happenings.

I've got a few comments to make.

1. Someone really tried to #MeToo Robbie Daymond? Robbie? Of all people?
No surprise she got fucked into oblivion there. He's 100% in love with his wife and they have such a cute little family. Man's got a TON of integrity and loves what he does more than anything else. He and Vic are similar in that regard.

2. Sabat is so incredibly stupid and I don't understand how he's gotten so far. I lurked that thread a little bit and apparently he was asked about the autistic comments and outright ignored the opportunity to answer them. Huh.

3. Vic needs to appeal.
Even if Nick releases all his info due to the case being dropped in an attempt to burn the village down it isn't going to do shit because the VAs and people involved can publicly deny it all but go after the people who were informants and involved in supporting Vic, thus hurting any future chances he has of being able to get justice.

Would it be Christmas come early from a KF perspective? Absolutely. Nick divulging would be AMAZING for us. But....really, just us. ISWV as a whole? Probably not because they'd just add fuel to the fire of drama by approaching people involved and purposefully starting shit or trying to exploit informants for clout within the community.

Honestly...that whole situation sounds like what Monica said about "the real truth" even though I know Nick would deliver.

I have to wonder why none of that information was used more aggressively in court if it's so earth-shattering.

The only way for Vic to get proper justice is if they put it all on the table in court. I don't want to be resentful towards Ty but he needs to step it up and I hope he does should things move forward.

I don't know why they wouldn't, I think we're just anxious because they haven't indicated a status and we're already still on edge because of the consequences of the last late filing.

I mean, that's 100% justified as is any resentments. But I think the original late filing wasn't entirely Ty procrastinating until the last minute. Based on the rush to get things notarized before the affidavits were withdrawn, it sounded like at least Huber waited until the last minute.

I'm not going to criticize their practices too much since I'm not qualified to do so. But I hope this was a significant wake up call that they can't pussyfoot.

And I hope Vic knows.
But I know he's gonna do what's best for him and I respect that. He's kept his head above water in a situation where most would have necked themselves and in the time period of the lawsuit we did see a suicide based on MeToo allegations. He's done a good job of building up his happiness again.

Anyway. That's my contribution for the end of the week, rambling thoughts and observations.

I'd make a meme of Sabat being exceptional but there's nobody who makes him out to be an assclown better than himself.

Being successful is sometimes "being in the right place and being prepared to exploit an opportunity." (Exploit sounds bad, but couldn't come up with a better word.) Sabat probably got lucky once and then never got challenged because he was in with Fukunaga.

I think most of the evidence is more against Sabat. It wouldn't be as effective against Monica and Jamie. Since Sabat hasn't made any "public" statements about Vic, it wouldn't make sense to sue him for defamation.

Monica, Ron, Jamie and Funimation are all cats paws, tools Sabat used to attack Vic. You have to get the lower flunkies to narc on the big fish. Also they made the claims in question. Getting them to recant would be vitally important.

They still have 19 days or so to appeal. Just... Calm down.

Nick is throwing stuff at the wall in the hopes it will get the ball rolling on something. The information provided will confirm people's suspicions or sow some suspicions. Sabat has probably made more than a few enemies in the anime industry. Linking them up means a united front to push back against him.

I disagree with your statement about nick dropping things. There's a large range here that could apply.
Lets go with the worst and best cases to highlight this. worst case? the information is specific enough to out the whistleblowers and the information given simply hardens already known information; sabat did porno, there's a sexually charged culture in funi, monica et al are liars, etc etc. Further, because its nick that releases it, that means it can be reused later on if vic decides to/appeal fails.
best case? without going into fantasy land?
more divine lotion takes, embarressing company emails, evidence that the coalition is not as unified as they'd like you to believe, proof of backroom talk about how disgusting fans are, evidence of funi having actual contempt for toei and not taking them seriously, and exposing the conspiracy they have... and proving the casting couch as not just real but also active.
so worst case, its more or less nothingburger. best case it fucks over funi VA and funi PR and strikes a blow at relations between Toei and Funi. or in other words? either we're still in the same spot just with screeching harpies or we don't just burn the village we crater the damn thing and ensure complete eradication of PR. That is the potential range we're looking at. The question is where in the range does nick information fall?
while I hope its at the end, it probably isn't. It's honestly probably more in the middle leaning towards worst case though not by much. hopefully, it isn't specific enough to out his sources, though depending on who it is that would be absolutely hilarious.

Ultimately, the reason that Ty didn't stuff the paperwork with all the evidence they had against everyone involved is because they didn't have to. And really, they shouldn't. Funi et al purposefully front-loaded everything they had because they wanted to devastate Vic via PR as quickly as possible, as well as throw in a gish gallop hard enough to potentially poison the judge against Vic. And also because they literally have nothing.

Funi et al treated this as a circus, just an opportunity to defame Vic further by throwing even more scandalous defamation against him behind the protection of legal documents. Ty treated it as a lawsuit, only revealing information necessary for each step. They thought short term while he was planning long term. Because in a not-clown world, Funi and the rest should have been punished for their awful filings. I think Nick mentioned at one point that at least Lemoine likely could have been sanctioned for his insane filings and behavior. Had Judge Chupp actually done his job and followed the rules, Ty's strategy worked better than theirs. And, indeed, if they appeal successfully it still will.

Should they appeal and it work out, we'll see the rest of the evidence they have. When it's applicable. Not during TCPA when there practically isn't even a necessity for evidence at all.

Just curious, if the first round of alligations completely fails, does that mean the entire lawsuit gets dismissed hence Ty can't go after Chris etc?

No, they can go after Chris. Just not Funimation, Monica, Ron, and Jamie for their previous causes. They could go for them again with new defamation charges, though. It would just hurt, as they'd have had to pay those four over TCPA and then have to fund a new lawsuit.

Maybe it was because I worded it wrong, but when I had a discussion regarding the first round of alligation failed, I said "But let's see how the rest of the lawsuit will go."
I got the following reply:
First round? Rest of the lawsuit?
The entire lawsuit was dismissed. Vic can attempt an appeal, but given how inept his counsel is, just getting one granted will be an uphill battle. Let alone winning one.

Right now, nothing happens until the judge decides how much in fines Vic is on the hook for. If Vic appeals and loses, he's out even more dough.

The moral of the story: Don't have an estate attorney represent you in a defamation case.

In their eyes Ty can do no right, Lemwaaah/Johnson/Volney can do no wrong.

I don't know where the fees/sanction hearing fits into the timeline, but Vic won't have to pay them until he ultimately loses, whether that's through him simply not doing an appeal, or losing the appeal. Vic would have to put up a bond before he can make the appeal (Nick theorized it would be less than $10k), but he's not on the hook for the fees/sanctions unless he loses appeals or doesn't appeal at all.

Sabat isn't in this lolsuit, Vic can sue him yesterday if he wanted to. Whatever sped you talked to seems to think "rest of the lawsuit" and "entire lawsuit" mean separate things, as do you, but in reality you're talking about this one recently dismissed, which is the first round and is waiting for appeals. The second round, which might include Sabat and other cows like Armzgurl, hasn't been started except for some notices to not delete anything that were sent out. As always, don't believe everything you read on the internet, cause your source might be loltwitter
