This is what bothers me the most.

So say two sperges start a "bidding war" of $20, $21, $22, $23, $24, and $25. Now a third person comes in with a bid of $26. The $26 bid is ahead even though the other two have "donated" $66 and $69 respectively.

That, and his "overnight donations don't count towards the leaderboard" bullshit.

He's the spit-on-your-windshield-offer-to-wash-it-off-for-$20 guy of the internet.

I can't believe someone who has played Metroid games in the past and is the "King of Retro" could be this awful even if it's your first time playing Super Metroid. This is seriously brutal to watch.

He has to look at the controller to switch to missiles. Has trouble using morph ball. "I liked Metroid: Other M" this dude has to be trolling.

It's only curious because 9/24 was a day off (I scanned his twitter feed briefly to see what he played that night), but 10:39 is pretty late in the evening.

Both sound absolutely terrible, but he's not wrong, Tfue had 250k+ people all staring at a asshole for a while.

Question is, was his content any better than staring at a static screen for hours with nothing happening? Doubt it.

Of course the Metroid game that's universally reviled for being a shit Metroid game is the one he likes. It's Duke Nukem Forever and Sonic 06 all over again. He just loves being contrarian for the pure sake of it.
