Well I mean they're better when they expose media and not....random organizations for no reason.
I'm saying that's how they weasel out of it. Every time Project Veritas and James O'Keefe are mentioned it inevitably gets countered with the claims of doctored videos, of his court cases, etc, and never about the substance of the videos.

Oh yeah...they always do.

THEY ALWAYS DO. They'll never admit to spreading misinformation because that's how they make their money. At times like these, I wonder, maybe Bernie Sanders and all of the other socialists are right. The rich need commeaupeance.

He even won his case on several of those videos.

The pearl-clutching in this headline makes it sound like Trump dragged Hunter Biden out onto the stage and physically assaulted him Andrew Jackson-style or something.
Sounds like a wrestling promo.

"BAH GAWD, THAT MAN HAS A FAMILY! RING THE DAMN BELL, REF!"

"After Trump's vicious assault on Triple H last week, one must wonder how Vince McMahon will retaliate".

He even won his case on several of those videos.

With embarrassing ease, the Judge in one basically dismissed everything and told the people trying to sue him "it's not defamation or slander if you say things that might make you unpopular, he reports what you said, and you do in fact, become unpopular. That's on you for having unpopular opinions."

That was their whole claim, it's illegal to make another person LOOK BAD by publicizing things, true factual things, they'd rather you didn't know about.

In other words, if you don't want to be known as a goat fucker, have the moral fiber to not fuck goats AND if you get caught doing it, the guy who caught you does not "defame" you by telling others.

Despite this, the MSM just keeps banging the drum that Veritas "doctors" videos and defames even though it's in the court record that they DO NOT and claims they do cannot be substantiated to the degree the allegations never even made it to a jury.

There was nothing doctored if i remember that paricular case..

Didnt he go into planned parenthood and pretty watch them slice up and sell specimens still warm and twitching to companies?

So the latest bruhaha is now getting mad at Trump memes showing him doing literally what he has been doing figuratively for the past 3 years.

Graphic video depicting Trump-like figure assaulting foes, media shown at a Trump resort
A graphic, violent parody video, shown at a meeting of President Trump's supporters at his Miami resort, depicts a likeness of the president shooting, stabbing and assaulting his political opponents and members of the news media in a church.

The New York Times was first to report on the video.

It was shown last week at an American Priority conference at Mr. Trump's Doral Miami resort. The president wasn't there.

The group says in a statement at the top of its website that the "unauthorized" video was shown in a side room and wasn't "approved, seen or sanctioned" by the conference's organizers. It also says organizers weren't aware of the video until the Times contacted them about it.

The statement goes on to call it "shocking" that the Times didn't cover any of the sanctioned events at the conference, including a panel discussion condemning political violence.

In the video, Mr. Trump's critics and media members are portrayed as parishioners fleeing his gruesome rampage. The fake Trump strikes the late Sen. John McCain in the neck, hits and stabs TV personality Rosie O'Donnell in the face, lights Sen. Bernie Sanders' head on fire and shoots or otherwise assaults people whose faces are replaced with news organizations' logos.

CBS, CNN, The Washington Post, NBC, ABC, PBS, Politico and the BBC are among the news organizations depicted as victims of the fake Trump's rage.

The White House hasn't responded to a request for comment from CBS News.

The president of the White House Correspondents' Association, Jonathan Karl, issued a statement saying the group is "horrified" by the video and adding that, "All Americans should condemn this depiction of violence directed toward journalists and the President's political opponents. We have previously told the President his rhetoric could incite violence. Now we call on him and everybody associated with this conference to denounce this video and affirm that violence has no place in our society."

McCain's widow, Cindy McCain, tweeted her reaction:

"Reports describing a violent video played at a Trump Campaign event in which images of reporters & @JohnMcCain are being slain by Pres Trump violate every norm our society expects from its leaders& the institutions that bare their names. I stand w/ @whca in registering my outrage "

CNN called the images "vile and horrific" and called on Mr. Trump, his family, the White House and the Trump campaign to denounce it "immediately and in the strongest possible terms. Anything less amounts to a tacit endorsement of violence and should not be tolerated by anyone."

Democratic presidential hopeful Beto O'Rourke tweeted that the video "isn't funny. It will get people killed."

The organizer of the Miami event, Alex Phillips, told the Times the video was played as part of a "meme exhibit" and wasn't associated with or endorsed by the conference "in any official capacity." ''American Priority rejects all political violence," he said, adding that he's looking into the matter.

The video includes the logo for Mr. Trump's 2020 campaign but spokesperson Tim Murtaugh told the Times the "video was not produced by the campaign, and we do not condone violence."

The Times said Donald Trump Jr., the president's former spokeswoman, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis were among the conference's scheduled speakers.

"Ms. Sanders and a person close Mr. Trump's son said on Sunday that they did not see the video at the conference," the Times reported. The newspaper said a spokeswoman for DeSantis didn't reply to an email seeking comment.

The setting for the massacre is the "Church of Fake News," capturing Mr. Trump's familiar refrain about news stories and organizations he says he considers to be producing fake news.

In the video, Mr. Trump's face is superimposed on a killer's body as he shoots people in the face and otherwise assaults them. Among the targets: former President Obama, Black Lives Matter, California Democratic Representative Maxine Waters, Bill and Hillary Clinton and Rep. Adam Schiff who, as Democratic chairman of the House Intelligence Committee is leading the impeachment inquiry of Trump.

Its just a parody from the Kingsman movie, made by some random guy. I'm not sure why they are so butthurt about it.

Ellen Degeneres invited Georges W. Bush and go friendly with him. To think she disliked him a decade ago. Styx and Timcast talk about this.

Lots of Youtubers posted some interesting comments worth to save.

Cam

Her own words: "Just because I don't agree with someone on everything doesn't mean I'm not going to be friends with them." A concept that the minds of the NPC outrage mob cannot comprehend.

Jeremy Lovy
Except she already said (almost immediately after 2016 election) that she would never have Trump on her show. Weird, I remember when Bush was the devil and now he's everyone's Papaw. The left is so full of shit.

ennui blue
They're all buddies behind the scenes, it's all play acting melodrama so the dumb masses can 'pick sides'

Ellen said then she'll never invite Trump but imagine 10 years later, she do a 180 and change her mind. No need to guess how the NPC crowd will react. :story:

They always say PV's stuff is doctored to discredit it. They'll reference the ACORN stuff knowing most people won't look at what went on.

Does O'Keefe edit things to be more salacious? Almost certainly. Does he edit it in a fashion that is dishonest or leads people to an inaccurate conclusion? Doubtful.

PV has busted the NJ Teacher's Union and their shuffling of bad bordering on dangerous teachers(they moved a junkie around to keep them employed), voter fraud, and tons of bias across platforms and news outlets. None of it has been successfully refuted.

The voter fraud was particularly concerning to me. If I recall the person in question was voting in Maine and Florida. There were no safeguards to prevent this...that is concerning. It isn't concerning because the DNC might be abusing it but because anyone could be using it.

You have all of these politicians screeching about the integrity of our elections but not one of them addresses the abuses so common they are joked about. Why? They don't give a fuck about integrity. It is like holy water to a vampire for a politician.

APOLOGIZE

Inside a church, President Donald Trump launches himself off a pew before jumping on a parishioner whose head has been replaced with a VICE News logo. Trump wrestles the person to the floor, before shooting them in the head. In the foreground, former FBI director James Comey is seen trying to get out of the way.

This is just a tiny vignette from a video depicting a character with Trump’s face conducting a violent and bloody attack on people representing media outlets, journalists, former administration officials, and Democratic opponents.

Parts of the video were played to Trump supporters at a conference at Trump’s own Miami resort last week that was attended by Donald Trump Jr. and Sarah Huckabee Sanders, according to the organizers of the event.

On Thursday night, the same day the conference in Florida began, Trump spoke at a rally in Minnesota and decried an “unholy alliance of corrupt Democrat politicians, deep-state bureaucrats, and the fake news media.”

The video, which was originally posted on YouTube in September 2018 by an account called “Lici†us Veri†as Invic†us,” used footage from the 2014 film “Kingsman: The Secret Service” and crudely replaced the main character’s face with Trump’s.

The scene takes place in a church — dubbed the “Church of Fake News” in the edited version — and sees Trump walk up the aisle among a sea of people whose faces have been replaced with logos from media organizations including CNN, the BBC, MSNBC, BuzzFeed, and many more.

Trump then stops in the middle of the church and pulls a gun out of his suit jacket pocket and begins a graphic rampage, shooting several people in the head at point-blank range. He hits the late Sen. John McCain in the back of the neck and sets Bernie Sanders’ face on fire.

The bloody scene ends with Trump driving a stake through the head of a character whose face has been replaced with a CNN logo.

Trump, who has ramped up his attacks on the media as calls for his impeachment have grown, has regularly referred to journalists as the “enemy of the people.” The president caused outrage in 2017 when he tweeted a wrestling video that showed him pummeling a man whose head had been replaced with the CNN logo.

The video was played at the Trump National Doral Miami resort last week at a conference organized by American Priority.

The White House Correspondents' Association called the video "vile and dangerous” adding in a statement that “all Americans should condemn this depiction of violence directed toward journalists and the President's political opponents.”

The organizers of the event confirmed on Sunday the video had been played as part of a “meme exhibit” but that it was submitted by a third part. “American Priority rejects all political violence and aims to promote a healthy dialogue about the preservation of free speech. This matter is under review,” Alex Phillips, organizer of the event, told the Times.

Donald Trump Jr. and DeSantis have yet to comment on the video, but Sanders told the New York Times that she did not see it. The White House said it had nothing to do with the video and doesn’t condone violence.

Others, however, were quick to point out that the video could lead to real-world violence against those portrayed on screen.

“This video isn’t funny. It will get people killed,” Beto O’Rourke, a candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination, tweeted.

“Every mother and father in America should watch [the] video,” Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) tweeted. “Play it all the way to end. Know that this is the re-election message of your President.”

Funny how these two stories are approached from entirely different angles, isn't it. If it's anti-Trump it's just a satire, just a joke, nothing to be taken seriously even if someone's holding his severed head, but if it's pro-Trump it's suddenly a call to violence. I'm so tired of cry-bullies.

You're almost there, Beto. Just say that video games cause violence and you'll be the Jack Thompson candidate the Left wants.

Wonder if CNN will dox the video maker like they did the "CNN wrasslin" vid guy.

It really is amazing that George bush is suddenly friendly with a lot of these people. Anyone who remembers his presidency and how literally all the media hated him to the point of a comedy central cartoon show just about his antics should appreciate how two faces these people really are

Especially when they're using the exact same playbook against Trump that they did against him. Making it look like he's an illegitimate president, making him seem incompetent, comparing him to Hitler and mercilessly parodying him in media. I guess it's ok when it happens to someone else.
