I'm sure the guy who donated watches nick's stream. And on those streams, nick has started that you should not donate if you it will put you in financial problem. So if the guy wants to put 50% of their earnings into what they believe is a good cause, then they shouldn't be judge for donating that amount.

Well after being handed a high profile appeal decision against him involving a landmark ruling involving a religious organization in TX, Chupp is jonesing for some good press or at least supressing the bad press. Sharon had a big club to hold over his head by just potentially writing a scathing piece highlighting it. There was some leverage there whether she pointed out or not Chupp was aware of it.

I'm sure Chupp like most trial judges have enough hate mail including threats to paper a wall. I'm surprised he took interest in the tism on his facebook other than it was an unfamiliar avenue and public and over just 'cartoons'.
No Chupp was bungling the process the day of the hearing because of how what just happened was going to hang over him for a long time.

Fun fact: Monica states that she didn't resist during this alleged assault during her deposition - she stated that she tried to resist during a previous rape and that didn't work out well for her. She literally says that she just "went with it" as Vic was supposedly mouth-raping her.

Where do these imbeciles come from? We were discussing actual cases months before the case was even filed.
How many of those were appeals from his rulings and how many from his career as a personal injury lawyer? While the mandamus writs were certainly significant events, I haven't seen anything like evidence that he's continually overruled, overruled more often than other judges, or even worse than the run of the mill for the area.
Habitual liars like Monica who are in an environment where you're automatically believed seem to develop a habit of not even bothering to maintain consistent stories, since the people around them are either stupid or good at pretending to be stupid and at not remembering their prior inconsistent statements.
