They’ve also pretty much scrubbed Goodwitch out even in the likes of RWBY Chibi, where even motherfucking Cardin Winchester appeared first long before Glynda ever will, lmao.

Much as Barb liked to say that “The character isn’t tied to the voice actor!” once Vic was let go, and yet Cuck Cuck Luna had no problem with essentially tossing one of Monty’s characters out because of her voice actress~ The first (And last) warning sign besides reused footage and the off-hand mention in Volume 4, was the episode Battle of the Bands in Chibi when the judges showed up.

Ozpin, Oobleck, Port, and...Winter Schnee? Shouldn’t she be in Atlas, doing military shit? It’s a gag series sure, but it’s weird that Winter stands in as Goodwitch’s substitute for anything relating to Beacon.

The only natural time it wasn’t awkward was the Weiss skit Winter starred in, that’s it.

IF they had a good defense, they would have waved the TCPA challenge and gone direct to court. Yeah in the short term it broke their way by a fluke. Did they think Vic was going not appeal it? Vic really has nothing to lose. He's young enough to be F'd by this either way.

Honestly, if they had a good defense, they would've gone to TCPA from day one and not played bullshit discovery games and deposed Vic to get some cute out-of-context animations, spin-doctored statements, and soundbytes. (Coincidentally, that deposition helped Jamie's TCPA). Because most sane defendants would see the lawsuit and say "Bullshit, we're giving you nothing, prove you have a case" as they filed for anti-SLAPP.

Wonder if they appellate judges are going to ask themselves "if the defendants believe plaintiff doesn't have a case, why did they conduct discovery against plaintiff?"

Why is Ron pissed off? He defended his ladies honor in court and had a judge agree. Appeals shouldn't be a problem, right?

Or did Lemoine do the ethical thing, sit them down and explain to them like a broken bag pipe that Chupp's decision was quite possibly the worst he had ever seen in his career and that appeals was going to rip Chupp several new holes for wasting their time?

The contract with RT is included in Ronica's TCPA motion to dismiss, on page 235-241. Maybe I'm missing something, but it doesn't appear to have anything like that in there.

I love that the wiki has to point out she has ample breasts and plump buttocks because the movie focused really intently on that detail. :story:

EDIT: For context, I'm looking up other female characters in the wiki and they rarely mention boobs and butts in their appearances. Not even the filler character, Maron, has them in her description and the picture used is her in her bathing suit.
