Not really, Hillary was more like team 70 year old woman (she "understands" why "some people are uncomfortable" with trans people in bathrooms), and Chelsea tried to smooth it over but nobody really cares what Chelsea has to say. Unless Hillary really thinks she's going to jump into the 2020 race I doubt it comes up again.

Hillary's saavy enough to not really say either way, only that she's heard it from people, but reveals her age by not just accepting whatever the progressive trend like Chelsea is.

If she had to do that LGBT forum like the rest of the candidates she'd be giving totally different answers I guarantee you.
