Just remembered this guy too lol. Having a fursuit in a lab sounds a huge risk for having his students light him on fire.
About two years ago he got a ton of flak for shitting on people that “ruin the magic” aka taking off suitheads on con floors to avoid dying of heat exhaustion.

people who tend to be vocal about anonymity in general do this shit. they generally have about a dozen or so demons n their closets that they won't deal with or have already taken control of them.
