Nice immediate shutdown as soon as questions he doesn't like get asked, it almost makes it seem like there's something there. He should have just answered back with something like "From what I know of the situation nothing negative has happened with the relationship between Funimation and Toei." He can also throw in a "Of course, I only know as much as my position permits but I haven't heard any issues pop up between Funi/Toei nor any rumblings of any problems going forward," if he doesn't want to be held responsible if it gets out the things have gone south. I have no idea why these people can't be professional at all, just give a simple yet straightforward non-answer.

I’ve read this conversation somewhere on Twitter a few days ago and yeah this is essentially Chris Sabat’s lackey dodging questions like the brave man that he is. I’m just dumbstruck that this guy even allows one to send him private messages. For someone who can’t stand “trolls”, he sure has no problem letting them in.

Josh martin is a literal nobody who played the worst villain in dragonball, his entire pocket of fame is simply at the whim of the cap wearing faggot who "runs" the texas VA scene.

Not just the worst villain in Dragonball, but one of the worst villains of all time. And notice he hasn’t done anything worthwhile since, proving he’s just a one-role pony in a third-rate circus.

EDIT: On a side note, I just want to mention how much I love seeing him refer to that fan as “irrelevant”. So for shits and giggles, I googled his name“Josh Martin” and he’s literally at the bottom of the Google search related auto picks. Most of the results revolve around Josh Martin, the football linebacker for the Jets. Josh Martin the voice actor doesn’t appear until the third page.

Why bother with this kind of thing? Either Toei is okay with Funimation pissing and shitting all over their most valuable IP that they've literally licensed to the Olympics, which makes them morons and cucks, but nothing's going to happen to Funimation for it. Or Toei isn't okay with it and they'll have to answer questions from people who actually matter to their livelihood.

If Funimation had done that and gagged Rial and Marchi none of this would have happened.
