I have some contacts in the food demo/marketing subcontracting businesses in Greater Vancouver, since he was serving Bailey's I might be able to find who has that contract currently and thus his employer. If I do, I will release this information out of the general interest to the community, -NOT- for people to sperg at his employer to get him fired.

If he's not involved with kids in his work, I'm not overly concerned. He'll almost certainly fuck it up himself which is FAR more fun to watch, and dosen't give him ammo to hang himself on a cross with.

In my youth plenty of teen girl classmates would flirt with staff and customers in and around the local liquor store to get alcohol without ID. Is that a thing in Canada? I could see something like that being JY's downfall, no outside intervention needed.

If you want to do something about Yaniv in your community, and quite honestly I'm sure most here sympathize with the frustration you must feel running into someone like this irl, there is no need to post about it here and doing as much goes directly against the culture of the forum. No one here really cares about your community any more than they would anyone else's, so you're not looking at the kind of support you'd get on something like a local Facebook group. That's probably a more appropriate space for this kind of thing.

This space is for documenting people's antics and everything is best viewed from a distance.

Why anyone would be driven into a "blind rage" by seeing someone in public apparently trying to work instead of living off the public dole is beyond me but it doesn't sound great for your health. Jonathan is creepy and bad in all sorts of ways but this isn't one of them. He's literally in a place where children aren't supposed to be. This is like the least creepy thing he can do. Kind of a hybrid. They're government owned but they operate in the way a regular retail store would as far as how it appears to a shopper. Think almost like walking into USPS but slightly more retail (as USPS has become more and more over the years).

I would never call someone working in a Canadian liquor store a "government employee". Maybe I'm wrong though.

I guess the real interesting question is why Jon is at work. I have to assume it's some sort of scam. Perhaps the need to apply and accept jobs or lose benefits? If so the real irony would be that getting fired without being able to show good cause (some people called and said he's a creep is probably not good cause) might actually help him in his plan. Anyone else surprised that Miriam wasn't lurking somewhere?

Most people I talk to who are interested in Yaniv thought it was an interesting call, otherwise I wouldn't have posted it. I'll think otherwise in the future. There's regional and cultural things that don't make sense I guess.

I didn't see the photos, but aren't drinks promotions girls supposed to be pretty? Stereotypical model wannabes who can flirt lightly with customers and get them to maybe buy a drink they wouldn't have, cos the pretty girl was selling it at a discount?

I can see Jonathan wanting to work a job like that. He knew exactly what kind of female the promotions company were looking for, and I bet he expected to be turned down and was planning on dragging them through the human rights court too. Maybe the promotions company didn't want to be sued for being transphobic, or maybe they thought it'd be funny? Either outcome bloats Jonathan's ego, though.

So now we have JY, in what sounds like a tight t-shirt to show off his lady curves, using his setsy, setsy body and looks to charm customers into buying Bayley's. The idea of Jonathan doing girly drinks promotions is hilarious to me, sorry. I hope he does promotions for the car shows next. Draping himself seductively over expensive sports cars, terrifying away all buyers but perverts and people with an sjw-free sense of humour.
