It's extremely easy. Fat people get fat in the first place by pounding their stomachs full of crap, which stretches them. Stomach stapling "shrinks" the stomach pouch but people will just carry on as before and stretch their stomachs right on out.
Not every step is equal. Things like speed and intensity matter and the app will not tell you that. A waitress that works a long shift will easily do an intense 20k as she is constantly on her feet walking at a fast pace to get orders as quickly as possible to the customers.

I hadn't fully considered the age-gap pervert aspect to him, and it's not very often discussed either. I guess because he's done so much awful stuff, the age of the women doesn't come up, only what he does to them.
Nobody would dispute that good age-gap relationships can exist, but Boogie's issue is twofold - the size of the gap (as you say), but also the fixation on young flesh. It's not a coincidence that he only tries for young women, and that he's repeatedly shown how much he overprioritises sexual access and naive sex workers. He thinks he's above women his age who he no doubt considers worn-out in typical incel fashion, when in reality they would probably find him to be completely pathetic. Anybody that old whose laser-focus is only on people with limited maturity is either a sex pervert (prioritises physical looks over everything else, will lie to a woman in order to claim there is more to the relationship, then dispose of her for a newer model) or an emotional rètard who can only see kinship in people a third of their age, in which case they're an abuser for forcing their cripple mentality onto somebody who themselves is still learning right from wrong. Whoops, time to don my top hat! (mad at the internet emote)
Anyone else find it weird how he claims to have social anxiety but then you see him hit on cosplayers (or women in general) half his age (or less) on Twitter?
