You're delusional if you can't see how they fired you for these work-inappropriate actions. It should be obvious to someone who isn't delusional that, if you truly suspected someone of pedophilia, that this method is completely the wrong way to go about it. It seems like you're in the middle of a "narcissistic defense" and can't see your own screw-ups. You creating a "me-versus-world" story to make yourself a martyred hero.

I just caught your video about how you "believe you were fired from your job for trying to do the right thing". Other than a few comments in some of your other videos and here, you didn't give much detail on how you lost your job. So look man I want to preface this by saying I really want to be as supportive as I can and give you the benefit of the doubt. I'm taking you at your word and I'm going entirely by what you said in the video, unfiltered, and straight from the horses mouth.

First, I don't know many 9 to 5 professional jobs where you can just vanish for three days without telling anyone and expect there to not be any impact. I feel like you could bounce back from that with a pretty rock solid reason like urgent medical need or some situation where its obvious that the circumstances you were facing made it impossible to contact them and you did so immediately once the situation allowed. Other than that, no one is really going to appreciate where you are coming from, and that alone seems like a reasonable reason to fire someone, even a high performer.

Beyond this, you didn't just vanish for three days without any notification. You vanished and then directly accused your boss of being the worst kind of sexual predator imaginable without any kind of evidence at all. It doesn't sound like you had any kind of documented history of uncomfortable events with HR. You just, one day, through your own deductive reasoning that he was a creep and a pedo and that you were no longer comfortable working for him. All out of nowhere.

I feel like while you might be able to walk back one of the above, the combination of the two sounds to me like a pretty reasonable grounds for letting someone go. You are a pretty smart guy, I honestly have to know, how did you expect all of this to go down? Did you envision them welcoming you back as some kind of hero and being asked to take over your bosses role as they led him off in handcuffs? I mean, don't get me wrong, it's a pretty impressive way to leave a job so congratulations there, but I cannot imagine any kind of positive outcome coming from you posting videos like this including the name of the company.

To an outsider, I imagine that watching your video would very possibly leave them with the impression that you are either off some drugs you should be on or on some drugs you shouldn't be on.
