Dr. Rachel McKinnon / Dr. Veronica Ivy / Rhys McKinnon / Rachel Veronica McKinnon / Foxy Moxy / SportIsARight - failed out of a tenured job,man who competes in womens sports, gained like 100 lbs in 2022 (page 813), comically fell off bike before a race (page 830)

Now if sports is a human right (others have already brought up that nobody is banning sport, just eligibility in a competition class) then wouldn't that mean the UCI and IOC, etc could just ban me for using PEDs
what If take them in a country where it's legal? So there's no due process of law that would abridge my right
They can't just infringe on my human rights, and ban me.

Besides, I identify as a super athletic jacked beast so if you try to pull that TUE crap (which is infringing on my human right of spot) I'll get out a crayon and self-diagnose atho-dysphoria

if He can just make up human rights, I can make up diseases : hypochondria is a human right!

I wonder what USA Cycling would consider to be social media misconduct?

Would, for example, publicly celebrating the tragic death of a young lesbian to cancer be considered misconduct? Telling gay people that their sexuality is "immoral"? Bullying a woman for the heinous crime of not hugging him after a race? Trying to sic his internet following on women who defy him? Hmm.

Well, I wrote them! Mentioned the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal acknowledgement of biological differences between males and females, and had they checked McKinnons FB and twitter for hateful comments towards gays, lesbians and women.…and that the public is becoming aware of the legal fiction by which males are competing in women's sports. Sex liars. Sport cheats. I'll see if they respond :)

He's almost certainly just a molester.

Ballet is a massive target for paedos.

You've got 10 minute YT videos like this where it's just 9 year old girls stretching in tight leotards

Fine if you are also a 9 year old girl, but most of the people watching it are going to be paedos like him.

There are also a bunch of things in ballet like 'no underwear allowed' (because it's visible underneath the tight leotards), and they'll pretty much toss you out (at the highest professional level) if your breasts are too big.

A lot of girls stop ballet at puberty because you are in this skin suit, effectively.

They have the same rules for gymnastics, and a lot of parents complained that their daughters were required to wear tight leotards with no underwear. This only changed recently, and purely to validate tranny fee-fees, not because anyone ever gave a shit about what girls felt:

7.8 To ensure that male to female trans gymnasts are not identifiable, the rules for any domestic competition open to female gymnasts must permit any participants to wear gymnastics shorts or tights without deduction. No deductions are permitted where an item of clothing worn by a female to male trans athletes such as a chest binder is visible when worn with a leotard or unitard.

Regarding Dr Reeeeeeees, and his shitty philosophy, an actual philosophy Prof (http://www.open.ac.uk/people/jep34), from a University ranked literally 1000 places higher than Reeeeees' craphole has weighed in.

Dr Jon Pike's research specialism is the philosophy of sport, so that makes him well qualified to counter Reeeees' crap

1) I’ve been trying to work out the philosophical position on trans inclusion in sport of Rachel Mckinnon and I think I have made some progress. Here’s a thread:

2) It’s important to notice that RMs position in favour of trans-inclusion is not, in the end, an empirical or contingent matter. Despite spending some time on empirical data, RM’s position is not constrained by scientific data. It's an in principle position.

3) But it’s important to notice that RM is not against separate classes for men and women. There is a (fairly) respectable position in sport ethics, supported by Tännsjö, Foddy and Savulescu, for assimilation of sex classes. This is not RMs position.

4) There are cases where there is no justification for sex classes in sport: i) equestrian sport ii) target sports (but not archery). We can argue about these...

5) In most other cases, physiological sex differences make it the case that separate categories are fair. If you want to argue that physiological sex differences do not make a difference with respect to sport X, then notice what you are arguing for:

6) you are arguing that sport X is like equestrian sport or like shooting. This is not an argument for trans-inclusion, in sport X or anywhere else.

7) RM separates out the question of sex classes in sport from the question of trans-inclusion/exclusion (TI/TE) RM thinks that Rawls’ Original Position applies to the question of TI/TE. But that can’t be quite right.

8) There are a lot of side reasons for thinking this use of Rawls is mistaken (below) but here is the main one:
9) The justification of sex classes must be prior to the question of TI or TE policies. Persons in the OP must know facts about human biology in order to know about the justification of sex classes.

10) (see TJ 119: persons in the OP are “presumed to know whatever general facts affect the choice of the principles of justice”

11) If sex classes are justified, they are justified only on the basis of physiological facts about humans. Tännsjö et. Al. deny that they are justified. I think they are justified – and would be established in the original position on the basis of physiological general facts

12) Either RM thinks sex classes are justified, or she doesn’t. If she doesn’t then she is an assimilationist along the lines of Tännsjö. TI/TE policies are irrelevant.

13) If sex classes are justified on the basis of physiological facts about humans then those facts are facts about the performance differentials between males and females.

14) If they are justified in this way, TI/TE policies are also irrelevant, because the physiological difference rule them out. Remember, sex classes are justified, because of physiological differences.

15) RMs view that TI/TE policies can be decided in the OP is mistaken. Illicitly, it ignores the prior question which is whether sex classes are justified.

16) Careful readers of Rawls will notice that there is a lot left out here. RM’s account is open to the ‘basic structure objection,’ ignores the idea that POPs act from a ‘sense of justice,’ or bear the ‘strains of commitment’, or are subject to a ‘stability condition.’

17) But this is enough to be going on with.

18) It’s important for athletes and others to come out against RMs rhetoric. Please don’t think that there is some clever radical philosophical argument behind it, which somehow shows that trans-inclusion is fair. It isn't. There isn’t.

19) In the interests of philosophical consistency, of course, RM should adopt and campaign for an assimilationist position, like that of Tännsjö. All the best with that.

Note how he carefully avoids calling Rhys he (because he'd get fired) and she (because he's not a fucking liar), in favour of 'RM'.

Uh oh. A man called him out on his faulty argument. What's Rhys gonna do now? He only argues with women.

IF he responds (and he might be too chickenshit to do it since it is a man who is clearly his superior in his own field no less), I bet he will claim that Twitter isn't the "proper" place to have this debate and say that this guy isn't fully versed in trans ethics. But he won't tag the guy to reply. Hopefully someone will retweet and tag this guy so he can see Rhys' response.

Thank you Dr. Pike for having the courage to critique this argument. Let's hope his university supports free speech as much as Rhys' does. Let's also see if Rhys tries to get his cult to email the university and get him fired. Wonder how much hypocrisy Rhys will display on this one?

Run, Forest! Run!

This is your best one yet. A true masterpiece!! 🏆

Arigato!

As someone who relishes bullying, it's odd he doesn't understand his own reactions have a lot to do with how much he gets tweaked. His blazing eyes and tight-lipped seriousness is like catnip to trolls.

Part of me thinks it's all part of his personality disorder. The amount of shit he steps into has to be on some level the by-product of subliminal masochistic desire because no man would willingly make an ass of himself on such a dramatic scale (get it because he's fat lol) so consistently without there being some sort of sexual aspect to it. Freud would have written a whole new book after getting a taste of BigMac.

That or he's just a complete and utter asshole autist that cannot understand how normal humans are supposed to behave.

My money's on the patented IDOTS response: Pike will be accused of IGNORING DECADES OF TRANS SCHOLARSHIP!

I found this in the thread, can anyone confirm whether Rhys has raced in a male category this year? Maybe on his little US tour of velodromes this summer? I don't specifically remember him doing so and I agree with Jon Pike that it doesn't really sound like something he would do.

By the way, thanks to everyone for your work in this thread, both cataloging Rhys and gathering the pertinent responses to Rhys, like the Jon Pike thread above. :semperfidelis: This freakish troon's perpetual state of meltdown is fascinating to watch.

He wrote a lot of tweets to ask the simple question of "if what RM says is true about sex based performance differences, why have women's sports at all?", and imo rhys is going to pick some non-central issue in the tweets to argue with ("what rawls really meant was blah blah blah" or something) if he doesn't just ignore it or chimp out about the questioner being a cis white male. If rhys was honest he would say that the purpose of having women's divisions is so he can win a medal and be a World Champion, he can't win any other way. NPD cases like him see everything and everyone around them as a means to an end.

If I got a chance to question rhys, I would ask him to explain why women's sporting records never surpass men's sporting records.

Hey, also- I found that dr fond of beetles has caught rhys lying about his medical history by piecing together the dates of things that rhys claimed happened.

tl;dr
Rhys claims he got SRS in late teens, then claims he came out/transitioned at age 30.

Claimed to have had his SRS before 2015, but claimed to be "forced to suppress testosterone" in 2018.

So he is full of shit in a very documented way, hopefully journalists start harping on this when they talk to him.

I'm not sure if I'm reading this wrong, but I'm fairly certain that the image she's referring to about the age he transitioned states that he was questioning his identity at 13 years old, but didn't come out for another 16 years (when he was 29/30), not that he transitioned at 16 years old.

I read more instructors' syllabi than I posted here, and they all seemed to deal mostly with, y'know, philosophy. You can see that the Michigan State University prof has a personal interest in AI, but all the topics in his syllabus are still appropriate. Only Rhys has these bizarro hyper-specific topics dotted among the normal ones like "What is knowledge?" And 2016 was definitely a saner period in his life; now that he's much more isolated and perpetually angry, his Intro to Phil course is probably just Intro to Rhys's Grievances.
You identified the typical construction for an Intro course, a broad overview of the subject that most everyone agrees on, a few things in detail that most agree but you can get some argument on, then usually an "advanced" example that usually ties into the instructor's interests just to give the students a glance at higher level work. Rhys amusingly almost immediately starts off with his own interests: lying and bullshitting.

You can do an Intro course like his, it's more common than you found in your sample probably, but it usually gets student complaints.

Breaking News - Rhys almost gets it!!
Yes, we want to ban trans women from all women’s sports.... because they are men. Go play in male sports Rhys cos according to your past messages ‘women’ are just as capable as men, they just need to train harder, muscle / heart / lung size is irrelevant (like being tall), and testosterone makes no difference at all. Go be a real trail blazer of a ‘woman’ and go get your golds in men’s races. We’ll wait.
