I' m gay and I call bullshit on anyone who claims they knew or understood their sexuality at 3 or 4 years old. You might be able to look back on things many years later, and be like "oh that makes sense", but at the time, no one that age thinks about their sexuality or gender. His parents probably convinced him he's gay too. Pretty gross.
