"No! Hugs aren't a problem! NONCONSENSUAL HUGS ARE A PROBLEM!!!!!" no. they're not. you're just dumb and apparently can't function in society. This ridiculous concept that 'awkard hugs' are anything resembling assault that just popped up out of nowhere and they pretend is 'common knowledge' is probably worse than the 'ew twins' thing they pretend is a normal response. It's just so absurd on its face, I don't know how anyone could say it in person without either laughing or being laughed at.

Yost's a dick and has been for a while. I don't have much sympathy for his struggles while he was filming a tv show. The general assessment that only Yost is difficult these days remains true, regardless of what happened to him while filming or who was a diva on set.

Because it seems to me that even law stuff aside, he doesn't understand basic english concept such as a negative.
Should we start considering that his illness actually caused brain damages that he could not be aware of?

That name Yost seem to pop up on the regular here on the farms. This guy, the Yost twins. That weirdo down in animal control that killed her parents....

He seems to be operating on the principle that the order granting fees and sanctions is when all claims are resolved.

Oooh! I see. So he basically write from the stance "Juge Chupp is dumb, so I will misrepresent the law to him, and bet he will fall for it".

Not totally stupid after the TCPA hearing, but quite dangerous...
If Chupp ever realize that Lemoine is trying to build his case on manipulating him, that could backfire really really hard.

I'm no lawyer, but are you allowed to file for the dismissal of an appeal? Isn't that purely a appellate court decision?

Aight, his letter is a hard read. My brain is refusing to accept the language, so I will look at this more in the morning.
That being said; it's like watching a laid-back old man trying to play some chess, while his supposed opponent, is sort of just throwing poop everywhere. Screaming every word he knows, acting as terrible as possible, while hoping his opponent will just go away.

I do think Mosquito-chan caused the man more damage than first suspsected. Not just the lungs.....

None of the other lawyers has done anything remotely similar to what Lemoine does. Not Sam, not Volney. Just this guy. Just Lemon-man.
Feels like they got a lot to hide.

Sometimes it's a blessing that his twitter handle is protected, then otherwise brain cells would disintegrate just by looking at his tweets.

And the Notice of hearing is signed by Lemoine... I'm lost.
I mean, such a notice should be from the juge himself, shouldn't it?
Or is Lemoine allowed to randomly throw an hearing at everybody like that?
