Because in the link you provided, the girl on the picture used when complaining about the lack of credit or notice was another girl.
So, is there 3 girls now?

I recall the girl in the TCPA filling asking KV to stop using her picture (before the TCPA filling).
I also recall the picture you just showed, but I didn't know she was initially in the ANN article.
And then, there is Mary? Who isn't either of those two?

Either way, the brunette I recall and that is in the TCPA filling is not J.
Casey is not J either, as you said.
And maybe Mary, who is very obviously KV, is pretending to be J...?

What I know, or rather what I think I knew, is that the girl on the TCPA filling was also in the ANN article at some point.
And she came forward to explicitly deny Vic ever did anything inappropriate to her and explicitly asked her picture not to be used to attack him.
Now, if I'm wrong, my bad, but I wouldn't understand then how I managed to factor in another girl that I didn't knew about.

I'm gonna check a few things to see if I can clear that up.

EDIT: So there is indeed 3 girls. Casey is not the one in the TCPA filling. And I think you think Mary is, but she isn't either.
All 3 of them were in the article, but the one in the filling is the one I recall denying the article and asking KV to stop using her picture.
I don't remember who she is, but she certainly isn't Mary who is very obviously KV and explicitly confirmed the allegations.

EDIT2: And in the eventuallity people don't understand why I thought that ColtWalker1847 was talking about Mary when he said "redhead" at first, well... Mary's hair on the picture with Vic are black but they do look a lot like a wig, plus her twitter pic is a redhead cartoon girl, so I just assumed that she was a redhead under the wig.

My guess is insurance could only cover up to a certain amount, so they wanted to help her cover the rest. And the GFM went over what she actually needed because the community is filled with nice people.

Much as I dislike Leah Clark and find her utterly worthless, it’s nice that Wendy Powell along with her family are doing alright after the tornado.

Hey, KV lurkers, at this point, literally nothing has been proven by the court, either one way or the other.
We didn't get a trial yet. Is it that hard to understand?

The portion about "asking them to come to his hotel room" as well as them determining the number to actually be his isn't in the record, nor have they been confirmed by the court. That's either a lie or this person completely misinterpreted what was stated. Both are equally likely.

Monica and Jamie have me blocked on Twitter, but I do remember Jamie not mentioning anything about Wendy, and last I check, someone said that Monica did not comment on Wendy’s FB post the day her house got totaled (if anybody can find out, let us know). As for donating, unless they were done anonymously, I didn’t see their names at all.

Just looked over the ANN piece again and got pissed. Lynzee still kept all of these photos of fans with Vic up, she blurred out their faces so that the pictures look even more sinister. She admitted herself to scouring through Vic's fanpage and saving the pictures from there. All of these girls and women most likely support Vic, yet their photos of precious memories got used by Lynzee to hurt Vic.

The worst thing is, though, that she still has the photo of the red haired girl up. The same girl that explicitly and clearly stated several times that she's not okay with her picture being used to defame Vic.

Lynzee is pure scum and I hope to God we'll get to see her deposed one day.

Also, nice fact about the risembool rangers being underage. Bet she pulled that right out of her encrusted ass.

This is such a headache. Ty was supposed to file today, we kept talking about it for weeks about it being today. Then lemonhead files that he cant because there isnt any sanctions or fees yet, but if ty didnt file it would be consider filed late/untimely.

Sounds like a lot of hot air from Lemon Fürher, sounds like he's scared of not making any money and seeing Ty and Vic making a comeback.

As Nick pointed out, given the size of that filing, Lemon Furher had it already written. He also almost definitely had the alternative "Ty didn't file today ergo we want YOU, the not-appeals-court-judge, to rule that he's not allowed to appeal now," version of the letter written.

But this might all be distractions. What it appears that Lemonfurher is desperately trying to do is get Chupp to fuck with the evidence that counts as submitted, so that the Appeals court will rule for him on a technicality. If those affidvaits or whatnot are allowed in, if the second amended filing is allowed in -- and it's very clear that they should be according to the rules -- then Lemonfurer's case is FUCKED.
