Presumably if they get an indictment before the grand jury it will eventually be unsealed whenever they have whoever it is in custody. A federal grand jury is nothing to fuck with.

Even if that were the case, why would a grand jury being investigating it a mere week after it happened? Why isn't the request coming from law enforcement if dissemination of the information is regarded as potentially dangerous?

What case do they even presume to have here? A "suspected felony" for uploading some sped's manifesto, doesn't exactly sound convincing.

Null has talked about this in streams, and he can correct me if I'm wrong. In respect to running Kiwi Farms even though the US is bad, everywhere else is worse. Nowhere else has speech protections as strong as the first amendment.
And just from my own knowledge, when you need to do business in a country it's best to cooperate with law enforcement in the moment and fight it later if it's unlawful. Fighting it "on the streets" as it were will only make it worse.

There are two things relating to things that go boom in there, specifically the Toros and Sayoc (not counting his attempt to charge someone for blowing up the World Trade Center). That is the only connection with his prior cases to the current proceeding I see in here, in both cases it appears the FBI and local law enforcement acted on leads after threats were made so that makes this seem like a rather odd proceeding like mentioned prior.

I fail to see what could be gained even if he WAS the OP of these documents, since the door cuck himself was imprisoned. The only other thing would be an accomplice which in this case baffles me as to why the Germans aren't investigating unless they came to the US legal system to get the info.

This is doubtful, they've been pretty active on KF over a number of threads. Unless the government really likes Russell Greer and Lucas Werner, I don't see it being likely.
