Ding Dong is such a pussy, he deletes every diss tweet he does. If you have the balls to post it then stick to your guns, don't delete it because you have some announcement to do about your 2D scroller stuck in development hell the next day.
I know GameGrumps fans are retards and all but deleting this kind of shit makes you look weak, specially since this isn't the first time.

I can't help but agree. I can't say I blame him since any time he so much as looks in Arin's direction the OneyPlays fans ree up a storm. Still, though, someone's gotta do some hard disses at Arin

maybe its just my inner asshole but it could be that less and less people outside of his fans are taking him seriously either in video game design or lets play or game credibility. also doesnt help that he admitted to being burnt out on video games by saying playing games are a chore while being a lets play channel.

well to be fair gamers are usually a accepting bunch considering that it wasn't that long ago that it was cool to introduce gamers head to a toilet for not liking sports also he did have credibility at one point as wierd now as it is to say both as a animator and as a gamer. Though at this point hes managed to piss away most if not all of the good will he has accumulated over the years.

To be fair, that video is still a super well made piece and a good way to educate people on how level design can train a player without direct text clues or prompts. The fact that it still holds up today (if you ignore it’s author) is a testament to how well made it is. The different now is that game analysis is waaaaay more common, and much more complex. Anyone remotely interested in game design understands the core concepts in that video, and it’s now only particularly useful to people just beginning to look into design.

Arin was just explaining what other people with actual talent had achieved in the past. Some people were acting like he was the one who made Megaman X, or that he had somehow "discovered" its good design points. It's no wonder they got mad at the Zelda video. He was having trouble understanding a lot of the design aspects for 3D.

Pay in mind that the e-sports sitcoms that will be on TV will be written by completely different people and (hopefully) starring legit actors. Just because Good Game was utter shit doesn't mean that network e-Sports sitcoms will be as bad.

You're talking about the same networks that gave us shows like The Big Bang Theory. I have my doubts.

I don't know about big bang theory but episode 2 opens with Dan and Arin's landlord calling himself a dick licking fairy because the offensive teen character keeps being homophobic. Then the same kid goes off in a tizzy because he's called smelly and then Arin's character bashes female game journalists and gay people (two members of his team) to get the edgy offensive teen character back. They call it Oniongate because the edgy offensive teen kid smells like onions. Then the gay landlord writes a list of trigger words on a board and starts with the n-word. The plot turns into the offensive teen character calling "being pc" uh... "speaking blow-up doll"? The subplot is Dan's character learning how to break bad news to people with the game journalist. Then they have a "big dramatic scene" where the offensive teen character says he's better than everyone because he says bad words to people's faces. Then it ends with Dan's character losing his mind and everyone just insulting each other and calling each other names because that's honesty. What?
Then it ends with Jesse Cox giving people money because he made the dota ripoff the game has.
.... Is this writing now?

This was a horrible mistake everyone in this show is written like a garbage human being... I can see why they deleted the comments everyone who worked on this should be ashamed of themselves... this was honestly just a huge waste of money... whoever Jesse Cox is should be ashamed of himself for making this garbage...
I'm only on episode 3 and they're just pressuring the competitive girl to be more competitive to the point she gives herself a stroke?
Arin's character is this super petty whiny baby who yells at not Jonah Hill because not Jonah Hill exposed him in the past. But I'm not a quitter so I have to keep going.
I just wish they hired writers.
