I'm actually sorta confused though if what he posted is just reposts of the failed jew killer, content unique to Fag0t or a mixture of both. If the dude was posting stuff like "go kill jews here and here's how to make guns to do it" in his own words rather than just sharing info that probably is actually illegal, but I'm not really seeing that. Even then, it's my understanding it's rather difficult to prosecute since it just about has to happen or be being actively plotted to prove the threat was likely to produce imminent lawless action.

For what ever reason, it seems to be translation thing. One of the documents uploaded was labeled 'マニフェスト' and googlefu translator says it's Japanese for manifesuto. I'm guessing that's how manifesto is translated into japanese.

Not how it's translated, it's how the loan-word is coerced into using Japanese mouth sounds and syllables. They don't have some of the sounds that English has, and they have one-to-one mapping between syllables and symbols (in this case, in the Katakana script reserved for loanwords). They have syllables for ma (マ), ni (ニ), can get close enough to "fe" with hue (フェ), but don't have the "st" consonant cluster to they have to use the "su to" (スト) group of syllables to approximate it.

Anyhow, that's the big thing you get out of Japanese 101, the ability to figure out what sounds native Japanese speakers aren't going to pronounce properly, and what sorts of names and words sound like they might be Japanese (Toyota, Sony, Honda, Mitsubishi).

I don't really think the point of using a VPN or Tor is to be totally safe. It's to make it so ZOG has to tip their hand if they want to arrest you. Obviously CP, literal terrorist plots, buying massive amounts of drugs... can and should make the list of things worth the hassle. It's people's hope that stuff like torrenting otherwise legal entertainment, criticizing the Jews, and questioning modern society and various historical inaccuracies won't be a big enough deal to actually do the arduous work of finding out who they are to either arrest or flag for further surveillance/automatic job or clearance, permit... rejection (oh and also protection from corporate surveillance for similar reasons as well as simple privacy for its own sake).

My Jew sperging and anyone's opinion on it aside, any government work is arduous, less efficient, and works less well than advertised. Maybe they are monitoring everyone using a VPN through hardware backdoors or agreements with the VPN or maybe not, but I don't think the government will generally tip their hand to the major offenders to punish the minor infractions I mentioned (yes they are all actually infractions in many western countries which is why our European friends use them).

You can say nigger, faggot, kike, spic, wetback, dune coon etc all day long on the internet or IRL and it's not illegal. There is no "hate speech" exception in the United States Constitution. It's an offense in the UK and other Western countries but that's not an issue in the US. I understand if you aren't in the US and feel the need for a VPN but any member of the Five Eyes is going to have a huge database on every person in their jurisdictions. I'm sure Russia does the same and China is known to be even more intrusive, to the point of having a social credit system for its citizens.

Mon chère , I hate to break it to you but we're all on a list. Unless you are engaging in terroristic or criminal acts it's not of interest to the authorities. If you have an iota of intelligence you'd know not to use your real name or identifiers that could link you to your Instagram, Twitter or Facebook accounts; in fact, don't use social media at all. A bit like not having sex with people who have a high probability of giving you AIDS, regardless of condom use.
