That's literally it. The term originated in a Hontrapoints video talking about the changes in a penis during estrogen therapy. Troons have memed it into the dirt, but swear their dicks get softer (both erection strength and skin texture) and smaller, and thus more feminine.

Back when I first heard about this story I googled it a bit and found out that main tranny in this story was also kicked out of some other leftie organization due to inappropriate behavior and sexual harassment but only after his antics went on for so long that the trans teflon wore off and the leaders couldn't ignore it any longer.
