Yes, this isn't "control over what they can say" generally, its a specific contractual obligation to not reveal company secrets. It is, in other words, narrowly defined.

I get wanting to play gotcha with moronica. Lord knows she's done her fair share of lying, if not outright perjury, but not being able to talk about projects you're working on (usually due to an NDA or similar agreement) until they're officially announced is fairly standard in the entertainment industry.

You'd be right in the general sense of the phrase, but would you be right in the legal sense? Especially if all the paperwork filed says 'we have no control whatsoever' and doesn't mention anything like 'except for contractual obligations like NDAs', because the latter might suggest they could have 'don't be a tool and defame people on purpose to drag us into a lawsuit' as part of their contractual obligations.

No, because the statement "We have no control" refers to general control per their standard contract. An NDA is a separate contract dictating specific and narrow terms for a specific project.
Their Contractual Obligations would only be to their standard contract, the one by which they work for the company. As an NDA is a separate, specific and narrowly defined, contract it would not count.
TL;DR: No, because an NDA is a separate contract.

A while back @JosephTX got a bunch of divorce dox on the Soye Boye and some of them were posted, including the most explosive court findings that Ron is a serial domestic abuser who made lurid, incredibly violent threats against everyone involved in the proceedings, even threatening to kill pet animals in revenge for not catering to his every whim. He sent it to a couple people.
There may be other interesting stuff in there, and people may as well have a chance to pick through the rest. I doubt @JosephTX wanted to just sit on it forever and there doesn't seem to be any particular reason to leave this public information undisclosed.

In the affidavit by Ron's second wife, she wrote about how he was livid after his ex-wife served him with a protection order and a request to modify their existing parent-child relationship. That document is in here and it is what caused him to issue the threats that she described.

In the affidavit by Ron's first wife, she wrote that:
- Ron threatened to beat up her husband at their son's baseball game and had to be pulled away by a coach.
- Ron told their son to be bad so he could move in with him.
- Their son cried after coming back from a weekend stay with Ron. He didn't get to see much of his father. He went out with friends and left their son with his second wife.
- Ron let their son drink half a bud light lime.
- A friend of hers told her that Ron threatened to kill his second wife.
- Ron told their son that he doesn't have to respect weak women (his mother and his teacher) and that only strong women deserve his respect.
- Ron threatened to kill her husband, beat her up and her 16 month old daughter after he found out that her husband had spanked their son. She said this was the third time he threatened to kill her or someone in her family.
- Ron stated that if their son was spanked, it would not be worth her husband's life.
- Ron bragged about beating up his sister's ex-boyfriend. He claimed he kicked his ass and bit his cheek. He told her that he would do worse to her husband.
- Ron was causing their son to have behavioral issues. He had begun to wet the bed and started sucking his thumb at 8 years old. After being told he could not go outside and play, he went to his closet and said things like "I don't deserve to live" and "I wish that I wasn't born" and began to bang his head on the wall.
